Heavy oil recovery is extremely important in the petroleum industry,because the heavy oil reserves are quite rich in our country.The characteristics of heavy oil are high viscosity,high density,and poor flow ability.These caused the production and transportation of heavy oil more difficuilt than conventional crude oil.As a result,research one heavy oil viscosity reducer is very important.In this paper,four kinds of water-soluble viscosity reducer were designed and synthesized according to corresponding water-soluble viscosity reduction mechanism.First,two tertiary amine intermediate through amidation using different carbon chain length of the fatty acid and N,N-Dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine as raw materials.The tertiary intermediate reacted with 3-chloro-2-hydroxy-propionic acid sodium sulfonate to obtain Water-soluble emulsion viscosity reducer.The structures of reducers and intermediates were confirmed by 1H NMR and FTIR spectroscopy.The viscosity reducer can be picked out which applied to Binnan heavy oil,through the basic performance study for viscosity reducer.The temperature resistance,salt tolerance,emulsion viscosity properties and corrosion performance of selected emulsifier were investigated.Experimental results indicated that OASB was the best heavy oil viscosity reducer of Binnan heavy oil.The rate of viscosity reduction up to 99.2 % was realized at OASB dosage of 1000 ppm.Results showed that OASB has a good Magnesium and Calcium ions tolerance.In addition,viscosity reduction rate nearly unchanged under heat treatment at 220 ?C.This proved that OASB has a good temperature resistance.The corrosion rate of N80 steel in the formation water containing OASB is less than in the formation water,indicating that OASB has some inhibition effect.Zhengjia oilfield is typical super heavy oil with the characteritiscs of high resin and asphaltene contents,and has a poor sensitivity for various commodity viscosity reducing agents.In reference to the relevant literature,a kind of high-efficiency oil-soluble complex viscosity reducer YZ-31 was synthesised depended on synergies and complementarities between the various components of the viscosity reducer.The viscosity reducer YZ-31 aimed at super heavy oil with high resin and asphaltene viscosity reduction.The effects of temperature and YZ-31 dosage on the viscosity of the super heavy oil were investigated.Experimental results indicated that YZ-31 could significantly reduce the viscosity of the super heavy oil from Zhengjia oilfield.At 50 oC,the rate of viscosity reduction up to 95 % was realized at YZ-31 dosage of 5 wt%.In addition higher the viscosity reduction effect is more obvious for this super heavy oil which is characterized by more high resin and asphaltene contents.Its viscosity-reducing performance was comparatively studied with various commodity viscosity reducing agents.Experimental results showed that the viscosity reduction effect of YZ-31 outdistance the commodity viscosity reducing agents under the same experimental conditions.The Scope of application of YZ-31 studied.Experimental results showed that YZ-31 with wide range of applications.And have a good viscosity reduction effect for a variety of heavy oil in Binzhou and Dongying,the rate of viscosity reduction above 95 %.
