In recent years,with the increasing exploitation and consumption of conventional oil resources,more and more attentions have been paid to heavy oil resources which accounting about 70% of global crude oil reserves,it is of strategic significance to study how to efficiently develop and utilize heavy oil resources to ensure energy security and the healthy development of national economy.However,the high viscosity characteristics of heavy oil make it very difficult for long distance pipeline transportation so that researchers at home and abroad have carried out extensive and profund research aim at effectively reducing the viscosity of heavy oil Based on the theory of molecular design and characteristics of the oil,an oil-soluble viscosity reducer which can greatly reduce the viscosity of heavy oil and make it easier for pipeline transportation and storage has been synthesized in this paper.In this paper,the density,viscosity,water content,acid value,group composition elements composition and other basic physical and chemical properties of the heavy oil which is discharged from Xinjiang are analyzed and determined.Two kinds of multicomponent copolymers were prepared by free radical solution polymerization and the influence of monomer ratio,reaction time,reaction temperature,initiator,polymerization solvent and polymer content on the viscosity-reducing effect of the polymer were investigated to get the optimal reaction conditions were determined.In addition,the polymer with better viscosityreducing effect was remixed with a variety of surfactants,and the synergistic effect of the composite oil-soluble viscosity-reducing agent was investigated.the optimal proportion of the viscosity-reducing agent was determined,and the mechanism of the oil-soluble viscosityreducing agent was preliminarily studied.The research results show that the oil sample to be tested belongs to high acid heavy oil which the content of resin is high and asphaltene is low.Compared with the quadripolymer AMSZ synthesized by octadecyl methacrylate-maleic anhydride-styrene-acrylamide,terpolymer ASXm synthesized by octadecyl methacrylate-styrene-Xm has better viscosity reduction effect on target heavy oil.The optimum synthesis conditions of ASXm are as follows: molar ratio of monomer octadecyl methacrylate?styrene?Xm is 9?5?1.5,reaction time is 4 h,reaction temperature is 80 ?,initiator and solvent are 2.0% and 480% of the total mass of monomer,and the mass ratio of toluene to Ys is 8: 3 in mixed solvent.The compound effect of ternary polymer ASXm and surfactant OP-10 is best.the addition of xylene,ASXm and OP-10 in the compound viscosity reducer was 25‰,1‰,15‰,respectively.at 50 ?,the net viscosity reduction rate of viscosity depressant is 56.21% and the apparent viscosity reduction rate was 72.83%.It is proved that the interaction between polymer molecules and colloidal asphaltene molecules does exist in the viscosity-reducing mechanism of oil-soluble viscosity-reducing agent.
