With the intelligent,digital and networking trend of modern manufacturing industry,the development of integrated three-dimensional design software,CNC machine tools and in situ inspection,to achieve product design-processing-inspection of closed-loop industrial structure has become an important means of revitalizing the manufacturing industry.In order to improve the precision of NC machine tools in situ inspection,visual effects and the seamless connection between in situ inspection and CAD/CAM software,this thesis studies the NC machine tool in situ inspection system by using UG secondary development technology.First of all,in order to solve the problem of how to exchange the data between a computer and a numerical control machine tool,this thesis studies the serial communication system of the in situ inspection of the numerical control machine tool based on UG.There is an overview of the advantages of the Visual C++,serial communication,working mode,communication protocol,the hardware serial communication module,RS-232 protocol and basic wiring method of RS-232 serial communication.Currently,for the majority of computers can not be directly connected to the RS232 interface,the methods of USB serial conversion and judging whether the operation interface works well or not are introduced,which completed the design of the overall structure of the communication system,the construction of the dynamic link library and developed CNC machine tools in situ inspection serial communication system based on UG by UG platform and C + + language.Secondly,in order to achieve the visual effect and improve the efficiency of the numerical control machine tool in situ inspection,this thesis carries on the research of the in situ simulation system of NC machine tool based on UG.The advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of parametric design methods are analyzed which are commonly used in the detecting probe.The design of the probe is realized by combining the UG in the MFC interface.Then,by using the Ufun motion function and the surface information acquisition function,based on the principle of NC machine tool in-situ detection,this thesis achieved the simulation of surface inspection movement which was based on UG / Open API,MFC interface,thus the simulation module of CNC machine tool in situ inspection system based on UG was developed.Finally,in order to improve the inspection accuracy and simplify the inspection of research methods,this thesis makes research on error compensation of CNC machine tools in situ inspection system based on UG.For the problem that the error inspection algorithm is cumbersome and the accuracy is not high,the principle of detecting the error of the probe is analyzed and the method of calibrating the pretravel of the inspection points one by one is put forward.In order to reduce the involvement of human errors and improve the inspection accuracy,this thesis provides a method of using CNC system macro programs to achieve automatically inspection of the workpiece coordinate system.In addition,in order to verify the performance of the system,this thesis carried on the experimental verification of the surface parts from design,machining and inspection.The experiment showed that the developed system is feasible.
