As one of the efficient separation technique,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was widely used in many fields,such as chemical,pharmaceutical analysis,trace determination.A green and efficient separation technique combining with HPLC should been developed to satisfy the determination of various industries,and have great significance.This article mainly aims at the development of adsorbent and the establishment of the separation method,its application in a complex environment in the pretreatment process,separation and purification of the targets.(1)Synthesized hybrid molecularly imprinted polymers with the double templates technique and developed a Solid phase extraction-HPLC method.This method was successfully used to separate and detect the theophylline and chlorogenic acid in green tea.(2)Synthesized deep eutectic solvents(DESs)were used to modify the molecularly imprinted polymers and developed a Pipette-tip-Solid phase extraction-HPLC method.This method was successfully used to separate and detect the chloramphenicol in milk.(3)Synthesized the TDESs with choline chloride,oxalic acid,and ethylene glycol(n/n/n,1/1/3)and the TDESs were used to extract the flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba.The extraction of flavonoids is optimized using Water-TDESs(50 vol% TDES in water-TDESs)as solvents in heating process(60 °C)for 30 min at solid/liquid ratio of 1:10 g/m L.Under this condition,extraction yields of quercetin and myricetin are 1.40 mg/g and 1.11 mg/g,respectively.(4)Various quaternary ammonium salts are used to separate phenol from model oil by forming deep eutectic solvents(DESs).The results showed that the types of quaternary ammonium salt ions and the molecular symmetry of quaternary ammonium have great influence for separation phenol and the quaternary ammonium can be recovered.The structure of regeneration TEAC is proved on FTIR and 1H NMR.The optimal separation condition was obtained by response surface methodology at 30 oC(separation temperature)for 40 min(separation time)with 3.75 g TEAC(mass of TEAC)in oil phase(phenol separation efficiency: 99.3%).
