Pretreatment of samples is an important precondition for efficient separation and purification of compounds.Solid phase extraction and liquid-liquid extraction are important methods in sample preparation.As an efficient separation and analysis technique,HPLC has been widely applied in many fields such as medical testing,drug analysis and trace detection.The combination of solid phase extraction and liquid-liquid extraction of sample preparation techniques with high performance liquid-based trace detection techniques allows the analysis of complex samples.Therefore,the establishment of a new sample pretreatment method of green high-performance analytical separation and high performance liquid chromatography method is of great significance to all industries.In this paper,the adsorbents in solid phase extraction and the extract solvents in liquid-liquid micro-extraction are mainly developed and studied,and the improved adsorbents and extract solvents are applied to the sample pretreatment in complex environment to achieve the target purification and testing.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Based on the traditional functional monomer,a new hybrid functional monomer was synthesized for the polymerization to prepare hybrid molecularly imprinted polymers.The prepared hybrid molecularly imprinted polymers were used as the adsorbent of solid phase extraction.To establish a method of hybrid imprinted polymers-solid phase extraction combined with high performance liquid chromatography.The established method was applied to rapid purification and testing theophylline of green tea.(2)The hybrid double templates molecularly imprinted polymers were prepared by two different methods and two hybrid functional monomers.The hybrid double templates molecularly imprinted polymers prepared by the two methods were used as the adsorbent for solid phase extraction.In the process of solid phase extraction,several influencing factors were optimized.The synthesized hybrid double templates imprinted polymers were used as the adsorbent in solid phase extraction to rapid separation and detection of theophylline and quercetin in green tea.(3)Based on the preparation of traditional eutectic solvents,a series of eutectic solvents based on choline chloride and phenols were designed and synthesized.The synthesized hydrophobic deep eutectic solvents were used as the extract solvent to disperse liquid-liquid micro-extraction and the dispersion liquid-liquid micro-extraction process was optimized.The method of dispersive liquid-liquid micro-extraction combined with high performance liquid chromatography was established.The method was successfully applied to the rapid separation and testing of four sulfonamides from environmental water samples.
