At present,bending forming process is widely obtained in the field of multiple applications,which is mainly used in industrial production,such as automobile manufacturing parts and components.Now we design the bending forming process and mold,in order to consider how to realize the bending process,and what are the characteristics in the process of bending forming process.On the basis of the characteristics,we design the scheme of the bending process and produce the corresponding bending mold.In brief,the bending process is to bent the workpiece in a certain shape and size into the pat shape we needed under the pressure.Commonly we have stamping process method,which is to use press for sheet metal bending mold processing.While there are many types of bending craft,such as bending,roll bending,tension and bending.Metal parts and mold,which is manufactured by this process,have the advantages of high precision and high performance.what's more,it also can improve efficiency,reduce production costs,and the resources can be fully utilized.With new technology and products into industrial production,due to its high cost and long cycle of development,there are still some doubts about whether it is successful.Therefore,in order to reduce the production cost and do not affect the production and operation,most enterprises use the simulation technology.With the development of computer technology and numerical simulation technology,computer aided engineering(Computer Aided Engineering)is a new technology used in forming and mold industry,which can help engineers to repeatedly evaluate,revise and optimize the product,process,mold,and manufacturing cost,until we get the best results.The forming process is simulated through establishing mathematical model of the simulation object,using the method of finite element numerical calculation to solve the simulation object,so as to obtain a display by digital or graph such as thickness,cracking,wrinkling and other changes of the distribution.Based on the analysis of the forming simulation,the object first analysis is the study of the forming material.Because the material model and the performance have an important effect on the result of the simulation.And the mold and blank holder can be handled as a rigid body,and running track mold are fixed.When we simulate the bending forming process using ABAQUS,we can utilize ABAQUS numerical simulation to try to shorten the length of time required for the prototype experiment and the cycle of products into the market.Setting up the scientific and reasonable parameters can effectively reduce the wastage of the workpiece,and the reasonable design billet can reduce unnecessary flash and increase the utilization rate of raw materials.Referring to some reasonable ideas and suggestions on the mold design and processing is very helpful;and it also can optimize the processing procedures and greatly improve the quality of the product after molding.Based on the 45.V shaped pieces,90.V shaped pieces,and two forming simulation analysis of forming and springback of the U shape,this article first analyzes and studies the theoretical parameter of the simulation calculation.The analysis of bending forming as the object of study,at the same time it is concluded that the parameters should have the following aspects: the cell size and type of the finite element,pressure side,convex concave die clearance and friction coefficient and material properties,which are all the parameters that affect the bending.
