There are some disadvantages based on traditional roll bending forming: many forming passes,serious roll loss,severe product springback,easy cracking during forming,and difficult to form high-strength steel.A hot-bending forming process is proposed,that is,before roll forming,induction heating is performed on the corner forming area of the slab to reduce its deformation resistance and improve its forming performance.Starting from the basic principle of induction heating and roll bending,the characteristics of the hot bending forming process were analyzed.Taking Q235 A angle steel hot bending forming as an example,a comprehensive finite element analysis was performed,and the designed online induction heating scheme was tested and verified.Through the finite element analysis of the hot bending forming process,the ideal local induction heating result was obtained.The designed transverse magnetic flux induction heating coil met the needs of online heating in the hot bending forming process.The effects of current,frequency and the distance between the slab and the coil on the heating results were analyzed during the local induction heating process.By sequentially coupling the temperature field to the stress-strain field,the finite element simulation of five-pass forming processes was completed,and the ideal angle steel forming effect was obtained,and the laws of equivalent strain and equivalent stress in the forming process were analyzed.The forming results of different forming passes were explored,and the feasibility of the four-pass forming processes was proved from the aspects of forming shape,stress distribution and springback angle.The three-pass forming has a poor forming effect,the flatness of the angle steel is poor,the cross-section forming is not accurate,and the springback angle is large.The research content of hot bending forming process has certain theoretical significance and practical value for the development of new processes and equipment manufacturing.Figure 46;Table 8;Reference 65...
