At present,there are few reports on the application of A/O-MBBR-ozone catalytic oxidation integrated BAF in the treatment of petrochemical wastewater as a new process combination at home and abroad,To provide parameters for the combined process of production application,this paper carried out pilot test site on each unit of A/O-MBBR-ozone catalytic oxidation and integrated BAF technology,Through the experimental study of each process unit,the optimum parameters and treatment effect of the process are investigated.The main conclusions are as follows:1?Experimental study on anoxic aerobic two stage MBBR treatment unit results show that when the total HRT is 6.75-9h,COD is 800~1100mg/L and the NH4+-N is 50-60mg/l,The process can not only stable removal of COD,and can effectively remove NH4+-N,the average removal rate can reach 87% and 91.5% respectively.The removal of COD and NH4+-N is also in high load,The system COD average volume loading is 2.2 kgCOD/m3·d,Bio-packing average surface loading rate is 15.8gCOD/m2·d.NH4+-N average volume loading is 0.13 kgNH4+-N/m3·d,Bio-packing average surface loading rate is 0.89gNH4+-N/m2·d.2?Experimental study on ozone catalytic oxidation integrated O3-BAF advanced treatment unit results show that the system controls the influent COD/O3 ratio =2:1,pH in the 7-8 range,COD in 150-250mg/L,NH3-N in 21.6 – 59.9 mg/L,The system can not only remove the COD,but also can remove the NH3-N effectively,The average effluent concentration of COD was 44.1 mg/L,,the average effluent concentration of NH3-N was 2.07 mg/L,and The water quality index of the water is completely up to the standard of < < Emission standard of pollutants for petroleum chemistry industry>>(GB31571-2015).3?The combined process of pretreatment and biological purification was used to deal with the odor produced by the combined process.Design scale for a set of deodorizing equipment designed according to 3500m3/h and a set of devices designed according to 25000m3/h deodorization equipment.Device for hydrogen sulfide removal rate was above 99%,the ammonia removal rate is over 85%,emissions reached < <Emission standards for odor pollutants>>(GB14554-93)two grade discharge standard.4?In practical application,the petrochemical wastewater using a combination of A/O-MBBR-catalytic ozonation-integrated BAF processing has been stable to higher than the < < Liaoning Province integrated wastewater discharge standard >>(DB21/1627-2008)standard.The total amount of pollutants discharged into the water body is reduced,and the successful operation of the treatment system has achieved good environmental benefits and social benefits.The results show that the combined use of the above processes is advanced,efficient and stable.The combined process has the advantages of good processing ability and good treatment effect,and is applicable to the treatment of petrochemical wastewater.
