Nuclear energy,as an important energy source in the world,has been widely studied and applied in the world.The nuclear main pump of key parts preparation technology has become the main obstacle development of nuclear power technology in China,the nuclear main pump friction pair as a key component in the field of nuclear power,the strength,hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance have higher requirements,Its material preparation and processing are the main technical difficulties,This article selects the high hardness,high wear resistance of high chromium alloy as the main material of nuclear main pump bearing,to meet the nuclear main pump friction pair in the demanding work environment,because of difficult processing characteristics of this material,so choose the appropriate processing method has important research significance.In this paper,the method of electrolytic grinding is used to deal with the difficult machining characteristics of high chromium alloy,combined the mechanical grinding and electrochemical action together to realize high-efficient and low damage processing requirements.This paper carried out a series of related research for this,the concrete content are as follows:In this paper,I made a brief description of the high chromium alloy and electrolytic grinding processing situation,and summarized electrolytic grinding technology research status at home and abroad.Explained high chromium alloy electrode polarization reaction through three electrode test system for different electrolyte solution and the same electrolyte solution of different concentrations of anodized curve analysis,finally selected the mass fraction of 20% NaNO3 electrolyte for optimal formula;Observing the thickness of passivation film by grinding with a angle,research the machining voltage,current density,time,distance of electrode and the electrolyte flow velocity of passivation according to passivation film thickness and surface quality of the passivation characterization,draw a passivation film forming principle by the surface passivation membrane element analysis of EDS;Usability performance of the ele multiple sets of electrolytic grinding experiment,according to anodic polarization curve test to prove that iron and chromium are main reason for the decline of electrolyte usability performance,based on the adsorption properties diatomite improved the usability performance of electrolyte,by testing the filtered changes of each evaluation and the properties of diatomite to verify the improvement of the electrolyte performance using diatomite.Finally using taguchi method for electrolytic grinding parameters optimization analysis,respectively researched processing voltage,cutting depth and the removal rate of electrolytic grinding processing effects,obtained influence orders and the optimal processing parameters.
