Due to the different content of soluble carbonate in karst landforms,there are differences in land use structure and ecosystem service function.The thesis bases on the lithological data,the Hydrogeological data,the 2015 landsat8 remote sensing image data and so on,and combine with field verification in the study area: Luodian County,Guizhou Province and Luoping County Yunnan Province,by applying comprehensive analysis method,Arc GIS's Kriging interpolation method,Spatial overlay statistics function,etc.,to calculating the ecosystem function,and summarizing the characteristics of land use structure,so that explains the characteristics of land use structure and the homogeneity and difference of ecosystem function in Sem-Karst region of different administrative units.(1)From the point of view of characteristics of land use structure,The land use structure in Sem-Karst region of two study areas is mainly composed of forestland,shrubbery,dry land,paddy field,grassland.Compared with typical karst region,Human activities are more frequent in Sem-Karst region.(2)From the point of view of soil retention function,soil retention function is generally low and potential soil erosion is more serious in study area.In Sem-Karst region of two study areas shows that soil erosion is not serious,soil protection function is low,potential of soil erosion is serious,and soil retention function is lower than typical karst region.However,the difference between the actual amount of soil erosion and the proportion of soil conservation function is significant.(3)From the point of view of water conservation function,water conservation function of forest ecosystem of Sem-Karst region of two study areas is greater than typical karst region and shows some homogeneity.At the same time,they still exist differences in water conservation function of forest ecosystem.Water conservation function of forest ecosystem of Luoping County Sem-Karst region is higher than forest ecosystems of Luodian County Sem-Karst region.(4)From the point of view of biodiversity maintenance function,Sem-Karst region of two study areas shows that Landscape fragmentation is high,landscape shape is complex,scape heterogeneity,landscape evenness is high and other common features.Biodiversity maintenance functions of Sem-Karst region is higher than typical karst region.Also,they exist differences in terms of landscape diversity.Landscape fragmentation of Luoping County Sem-Karst region is high,landscape shape is complex,and scape heterogeneity and landscape evenness is high,and interference by human activity intensity is greater than Luodian County Sem-Karst region.(5)From the point of view of rocky desertification control function,rocky desertification is not serious in Sem-Karst region of two study areas.However,there is a certain proportion in moderate and severe rocky desertification in this partition and the importance of control of rocky desertification is lower than that of typical karst region.Also,they exist differences in terms of rocky desertification control function.rocky desertification of Luoping County Sem-Karst region is relatively light and the importance of control of rocky desertification is lower overall than Luodian County Sem-Karst region.
