With the development of coal mine safety has attracted wide attention from the society,the occurrence of mine accidents will seriously affect the normal production and sustainable development of enterprises.Many coal mines stage of China are facing the threat of water inrush from coal mine.Once the water inrush accident occurs in the coal mine roadway,it will not only cause the coal mine to stop work and stop production,but also cause serious economic losses,and even seriously threaten the safety of underground workers.Making emergency escape route is one of the most important contents in the coal mine emergency rescue system.It is the key factor for the personnel to evacuate to the safe position quickly and promptly when the flood happens.The study of the optimal disaster avoidance line of underground water inrush is an important subject of disaster relief..In view of the above problems,the mine hydrographic geographic information system is established,which is based on the hydrogeology information of a coal mine in Shanxi Province and advanced technologies such as computer Visual C # programming,database,GIS and so on.Based on the secondary development of mine hydrological and geographic information system,The specific contents are as follows:(1)This paper expounds the factors and symptoms of coal mine water inrush,describes the concept of the optimal path and KSP,and then introduces several methods to obtain the optimal path,and makes a comparison between this method and that method.(2)In view of the characteristics of the influence of the escape route on the actual equivalent length of the roadway,this paper takes into account the accessibility of the roadway and the influencing factors of the roadway,and introduces the time influence factor to determine the equivalent length.On the basis of the improved Yen algorithm,the mathematical model of K is the optimal disaster avoidance path.(3)Based on the analysis of the system requirements and the design of the system,ArcGIS Engine and Visual Studio 2010 were used as the development platform.On the basis of the hydrogeological data of a coal mine in Shanxi Province,Using the C # programming language,In finally,the K optimal path of avoidance is obtained.
