Flip-flow screen is the key equipment to solve screen technology for small damp coal.Due to the adoption of a flexible sieve plate for relaxation motion,the vibration intensity of the screen surface is greatly improved;solve the problem of sieve plate hole plugging.After thirty years of development,flip-flow screen technology has made progress.The kinds of imported flip-flow screen are rich,but the relevant technical data and research results are published.The domestic research work of flip-flow screen started early,but the research contents are not comprehensive.But the domestic flip-flow screen still exist a big gap with foreign products in screening efficiency,quality and life.Therefore,the research of flip-flow screen has important practical significance for the development of screening equipment in China.At present,the research work of flip-flow screen mainly divided into four aspects: the dynamic analysis of the structure,the deformation and motion analysis of the screen surface,the structural optimization and the fatigue life analysis,the screening and screening efficiency of the particles were analyzed.Most of these studies are based on theoretical and simulation analysis.At the same time,there are nonlinear rubber spring in the structure,which leads to the difference between the simulation model and the reality.The lack of validation and comparative experiments could not reflect the actual situation of flip-flow screen.This article makes an experimental model of flip-flow screen according to the structure,design vibration experiment.Research the vibration characteristics of flip-flow screen through methods combined simulation with experimental.Firstly,the structural characteristics,working principle and the vibration mechanism of flip-flow screen should be understood.On the basis,establish mathematical model of it.This article uses knowledge of mathematical formulas and algebraic equations,to establish the mathematical relationship between the components of the model.The influence of stiffness and damping on motion is analyzed by simplify the mathematical model,and carries out an analysis of vibration characteristics of flip-flow screen according to it.Choose appropriate structure parameters for modeling of flip-flow screen,we establish rigid-flexible coupling flip-flow screen model based on ANSYS and ADAMS software,and the dynamic analysis of it was carried out by using the software of multi-body dynamics simulation;specific research kinetic parameters of flip-flow screen changes in the entire work process.To understand the vibration characteristics of double body flip-flow screen and particle motion law.In the process of simulation data analysis,we found that flip-flow screen in the start-stop process exist a large resonance amplitude problem,targeted the proposed solution.Use magnetic rheological smart springs instead of traditional rubber springs and the characteristics of magneto-rheological stiffness with current controllable.The smart spring is used to remove the resonance spectrum and suppress the resonance amplitude.The dynamic simulation results show that the proposed scheme can reduce the maximum body displacement of 50% at resonance.Design the relaxation experiment model,select the appropriate sensor.Build the experimental platform of vibration characteristics of flip-flow screen.Design a vibration experiment analysis the vibration characteristics of flip-flow screen.Understand effect of vibration isolation rubber spring and spring shear to vibration characteristics.According to the comparison of simulation data and experimental data,find out the best working state under the condition of different parameters of flip-flow screen.The research results are conducive to enhance the overall performance and reliability of flip-flow screen,improve screening efficiency,prolong the service life of screening equipment,facilitate the later maintenance and reduce energy consumption and other adverse factors.
