In recent years,stainless tube are lighted with its high strength,wear resistance,corrosion resistance,weldability,and many other advantages,in the aerospace,petroleum,chemicals,armaments factories,machine tool,light industry and other departments to get a number of use,but in the next working procedure before if not remove oxide coating on the surface of the workpiece,it is a hindrance to the whole process.Besides scale will accelerate the corrosion of the inner surface of workpiece,thus can reduce the service life of the workpiece.After entering the 21 st century,the study of how can high speed to remove the oxide coating on the surface of the stainless steel tube during processing,domestic and international study of this method in the following several ways: the traditional mechanical processing,chemical polishing,electrochemical processing,electrolytic machining method,the acid pickling and shot peening processing,etc.According to its own principle and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods is with its own application domain,and is also widely used in the production.However,in view of the long class tubular workpiece scale removal problem,the processing method has the following disadvantages:1.The traditional mechanical processing method is not the economy,the production efficiency can't satisfy the need,processing quality not guaranteed;2.Chemical polishing and electrochemical processing solution regeneration and adjustment difficulties,used in practical application of zhongyi restricted and pollute the environment;3.Electrochemical machining technology difficulty is high,the processing is not easy to achieve stability and ensure high machining accuracy,more trouble and electrode design,manufacture and modification;4.Wworkpiece after pickling process,the surface residue of a layer of black iron salts,is not easy to clean,easy to cause chemical burns to operating personnel and waste pollution environment;5.In the process of shot blast uneven and processed workpiece size is hard to control,easy to cause the surface quality defects,the original form of damage machining,and the higher cost of construction and maintenance;The above method obviously unable to achieve the ideal processing effect,therefore,a new processing method is different from the traditional machining method arises at the historic moment,both to remove oxide skin for the inner surface of stainless steel tube and no pollution and easy operation.Magnetic honing processing technology is an effective link magnetic technology and honing technology with new processing method,can effectively remove more difficult to move in the process of machining the slender piece of inner surface of scale.Found in the process of early constantly practice,however,with the method of magnetic force grinding,although can effectively remove the hard scale for the inner surface of stainless steel tube,and can improve the surface quality,but in the process of machining,is associated with grinding machine the problem of high calorific value,heating fast,failure to achieve a grinding processing of sustainability.Now common in practical application are air-cooled,water-cooled,the cooling system of evaporative cooling,etc.,for the purpose of this article studies the Y90 belong to small size-4 modified motor,usually adopt the way of water[2].Water-cooled motor heat essentially through the hose to the external circulation in the cooling system device,thus solve the motor itself,the cooling capacity is insufficient,the problem of cooling the area is small.And maintain motor at low temperature condition,it can not only improve the reliability of the motor running,and make higher electromagnetic motor load to improve the utilization rate of material.Design of water-cooling system is often combined with motor temperature field research,so that we can through the motor temperature field simulation to guide the design of water-cooling system,and the temperature field is the actual standard for testing water cooling system is up to standard.Accurate temperature field analysis is implemented by all parts of a particular loss known,its data not only can reflect the motor internal temperature field distribution,local hot spot,the hot spot location to find motor.It can take the measures to improve the safety,reliability of the motor running.The rise of temperature of the motor,the calculation of water cooling is necessary to ensure the normal operation of the motor to consider an important part of,how to effectively use the electromagnetic design,cooling loop design and temperature rise,water cooling calculation work together as a possible solution to the high temperature in the motor running,and important subject of calorific value is bigger.Solve this problem and bearing level of the motor can significantly improve the processing time,to research and development and design of the motor is of important theoretical significance and practical application value.In view of the magnetic field generator temperature rise is larger in the process of machining long stainless steel tube of this problem,this article will focus on the stator magnetic honing system to do the following several aspects of research:(1)With the stator magnetic honing system as the research object,combined with the electrical machinery,heat transfer,the theoretical basis of electromagnetism,the calorific value of magnetic honing system,heat fast of theoretical analysis,physical model is established,and then take advantage of Steady-State Thermal and ANSYS finite element software ANSYS Fluent,the simulation simulate the temperature distribution of the system to cloud and the time of system stability,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for subsequent experimental study.(2)In the experimental platform has been set up,based on the design of a set of external water circulation system,and then combining with computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation analysis by ANSYS Fluent,the flow characteristics of water circulation system of the motor,the three-dimensional model is established.Contrast that with and without external water-cooling device on the system,the influence of temperature and optimize the parameters of magnetic honing water-cooling system,to obtain the optimal matching parameters of the water temperature and water speed.(3)Respectively,the stator magnetic honing system for the presence of water-cooling device for grinding experiments,the measurement of the temperature distribution and check the processing stability,at the same time,compared with previous theoretical and simulation analysis,test:(1)no external water-cooling device,explore the hot issues and processing system of calorific value and the simulation results of engineering error is within the scope of the permit.(2)after joining external water cooling device,the processing system of cooling effect and the simulation results are within the scope of permissible error of the project.For stator magnetic honing system provides the theoretical support,and then raise the possibility of continuous processing.
