With the gradual development of the industrial field,due to the requirements of the continuous improvement of product performance,industrial products,the materials also received more and more attention,and Ti6Al4 V since the date of birth,because of its excellent performance and much attention of scientific community,has been used in aviation,transportation,oil,metallurgy,art.The ship,a number of important areas of power equipment.Because titanium alloy high specific strength and thermal stability,and low thermal conductivity,low elastic modulus and other reasons,the traditional use of the titanium alloy cutting tool milling processing of Ti6Al4 V for machining,cutting edge near the heat production and heat slowly easily.The tool and material caused by adhesion and tool damage.Electric spark wire cutting EDM and belongs to the category of(WEDM)processing,wire electrode cutting process and material to be processed without contact,can reduce the damage of the tool.Thus the influence of some electrical parameters of WEDM processing in Ti6Al4 V and the process parameters of materials it is valuable for WEDM.The electrical parameters and process parameters are as follows:1)through the steepest gradient method commonly used multi factorsequential experiment,find a group of excellent electrical parameters to meet the requirements of the processing properties of TC4 alloy target,WEDM electrical parameter on material removal rate and surface roughness of MRR Ra effects are considered,the optimal pilot and find corresponding to each target that is,the optimal parameter combination.But if only consider one goal,then by changing the parameters to improve one of the goals often leads to the decrease of another target value,while the processing often requires comprehensive consideration of the two target,and combined with the gray correlation analysis method,the different parameters of the corresponding material The correlation coefficient between the material removal rate MRR and the surface roughness value Ra is added to get the best performance of a set of parameters2)through the response surface method to analyze and verify the electrical parameters on the material removal rate and roughness effect,combined with the software on the processing parameters on the material removal rate and surface roughness effect to forecast analysis and the results of the formula,so as to optimize the electrical parameters,and in the practical application of the optimal combination of the electrical parameters an input to the operating system,thereby the processing Ti6Al4 V material to achieve the comprehensive performance is excellent.3)from the perspective of technology on the cutting function of WEDM Taper,to study the above questions,this paper adopts the single factor combined with AHP analysis,and the method of orthogonal experiment,the electricalparameters of WEDM and non electrical parameters on the material removal rate and surface roughness effect are analyzed,including including the electrical parameters on the material removal rate of greater peak current and pulse width,non electrical parameters including cutting direction and cutting angle,cutting angle only(taper)and WEDM machine tool machining in-3 to 3 DEG between(the actual measurement is-2 degrees 58 minutes to 2 degrees 59 minutes)Through the research and analysis,the main factors affecting the removal rate and the surface roughness of the taper processing materials are obtained.4)the process of the ANSYSWORKBENCH simulation of electrical discharge machining heat production combined with previous research shows that in the machining conditions,the size of the discharge channel radius is directly related to the roughness of the material value,we can analyze the impact of the surface roughness of the two most important factors combined with the empirical formula of discharge channel radius,and by SEM observation of the parameters change on the metamorphic layer.
