Large thickness workpiece and multi-dielectric EDM cutting is a new technology developed in recent years ?the demand for product quality is getting higher and higher.The precision requirements of large equipment also become higher and higher,but now the common metal cutting difficult to meet the requirements,so we seek new solutions.Through the experiments of multi-material WEDM with large thickness,the optim?m machining parameters and suitable media sequence for multi-cutting EDM are obtained,which improves the machining quality of EDM and satisfies the requirement of large thickness Finishing requirements to meet the requirements for finishing of large thick parts.Reciprocating wire electric WEDM more widely used.It Go to the dimensional treatmentis of great significance and economic benefits to promote WEDM technology.First of all,through the experimental study and the principle of large-thickness WEDM,the medi?m order of multiple cutting of large-thickness workpiece is obtained.Through the single-factor experiment of large thickness workpiece,the most suitable working fluid conductivity,secondary cutting correction,Second cut the amount of Cutting,Electrode wire tension,Machine tool span and wire straight line.By single factor test method to analyze the various factors on Surface Quality and processing speed.The multi-factor orthogonal experiment was used to establish the straightness model,surface roughness model and processing speed model of the second WEDM under the condition of steam mist medi?m.By order relationship analysis method to determine the straightness,surface roughness and processing speed of the weight is 5 / 17,6 / 17 and 6/17,To the Dimensionalization treatmentand then weighting process.Obtained a large thickness of the workpiece in the steam mist medi?m second WEDM comprehensive evaluation model.Test a single model and comprehensive model are very significant,Fitting degree is better.Secondly,the linearity model,the surface roughness model and the processing speed model of the third WEDM under the ultrasonic water mist medi?m were established by using the response surface analysis method CCD.By order relationship analysis method to determine the straightness,surface roughness and processing speed of the weight is 6 / 18,7 / 18 and 5/18,To the Dimensionalization treatmentand then weighting process.Obtained a large thickness of the workpiece in the steam mist medi?m third WEDM comprehensive evaluation model.Test a single model and comprehensive model are very significant,Fitting degree is better.final,the linearity model,the surface roughness model and the processing speed model of the fourth WEDM under the ultrasonic water mist medi?m were established by using the response surface analysis method BBD.By order relationship analysis method to determine the straightness,surface roughness and processing speed of the weight To the Dimensionalization treatmentand then weighting process.Obtained a large thickness of the workpiece in the steam mist medi?m fourth WEDM comprehensive evaluation model.Test a single model and comprehensive model are very significant,Fitting degree is better.Through the four cutting,large-thickness EDM surface quality and processing speed have greatly improved.
