This paper,the four modules are introduced,such as the track body,the main engine,the console and the pump station.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the cylindrical spiral drill pipe,drill pipe,drill pipe,drill the triangular rib,and an analysis of its connector form,the highest efficiency of spiral drill pipe discharge is obtained,the six party plug type connector has high reliability.According to the characteristics of the spiral drill pipe,this paper establishes the mechanical model of the spiral drill pipe discharge,and applies the theoretical analysis method to study the transmission characteristics of the spiral drill pipe.The discrete element software EDEM is used to research the discharge characteristics of spiral drill pipe.Which have the determine outer diameter,blade height,center rod diameter and pitch were 100.0mm,90.9mm and 80.3mm.The simulation shows that: when the pitch is 100.0mm,the force of the coal particle on the spiral blade is the largest.when the pitch is 80.3mm,the average displacement of the particle is the largest.when the pitch is 90.9mm,the average velocity of the powder is the largest.Combined with the actual situation,the maximum efficiency drill pipe is recommended to use in actual production,the pitch is 90.9mm.In this study,the improved design of spiral drill pipe connector is made.The establishment of a connector tension model can accurately calculate the connector tension characteristics The finite element model of the connector is established by ABAQUS software,and the mechanical properties of the connector under different axial tension are analyzed.The results show that the stress at the contact surface between the lock-tongue and the female connector reaches the maximum,and the stress at the interaction surface of the connector hole and the lock-tongue is also large,and the plastic deformation does not occur.Through tensile test,when the load increases to 150 KN,the connector does not destroy.The experimental results show that the connector in the repeated process of splicing can fast docking,the performance because of the female connector thin wall,prone to fatigue failure under tension,should be checked frequently in the process of using female connector.In this study,the author examines some processing technologies of drill pipe,stamping process has high production efficiency and low processing cost,so it widely used in engineering practice.The torsional mechanical model of six joint is established,and the maximum shear stress is calculated by 235.5MPa.Through the finite element method,the maximum Mises equivalent stress of the female joint is 257.5MPa,which occurs at the transition between the two internal surfaces.The error between the calculation and simulation is 9%.In the process of female-male joint transmit torque,only a part of the area is contact and transmit torque,the other non-direct contact area is not the main torque transmission area.It is also necessary to optimize the structure of the male and female joints so that the torque can be transmitted across the entire contact surface.Under the condition of repeated torsion,the stress of the female joint is 2.34 times of that of the male joint,and the female joint is easy to be damaged.Finally,the torque experiment of the joint verify the correctness of the simulation results,and the six joint can transfer larger torque without any damage,and has reliable safety performance.
