With the continuous development of our society,as well as the progress of modern science and technology,various industries on the material performance requirements are constantly improved,single metal materials have been difficult to meet the requirements of modern production process on the material.Double metal composite plate can give full play to the two kinds of metal material performance advantages.However,double metal composite plate in the rolling process or in the subsequent cooling and transport process will often plate type defects due to the influence of various factors.In order to eliminate these plates defect,downstream industries of composite plate to meet the demand of the strip shape,straightening has become indispensable procedure in the sheet metal production.So in order to improve the quality of the composite board is in the process of production,must be conducted in view of the double metal composite plate straightening technology of further research.This paper based on the metal elastic-plastic theory,using the ideas of curvature integral method of double metal composite plate made in-depth research,and in view of the composite plate straightening three press straightening technology is designed.Double metal composite plate straightening model,for example Q235/S304 composite plate,is established through numerical simulation.In this model,the process of composite plate straightening process is analysed dynamically and the residual stress distribution and the flatness of the plate after straightening are researched,through which the optimal straightening scheme was obtained by the way of comparative analysis.Research shows that in the process of straightening,the initial pass eliminates the initial wave shape of the part and proper increase of inflection for subsequent pass can largely reduce the crown of plate after straightening,make residual stress smaller and more and make residual stress distribution more homogeneous.Through the numerical simulation analysis,design and straightening model corresponding experiment scheme,the performance before and after straightening plate and the plate after straightening under three kinds of straightening technology of straightness and residual stress analysis of the experimental results and can be seen that the results of experiment is consistent with simulation results,showed that 2 straightening process scheme has certain advantages.Finally summarizes the analysis of three kinds of straightening process on the effects of the straightening process after 2 under proper composite plate straightness is in line with national standards.Provide certain reference to the actual production of the composite plate straightening.
