The high gravity rotary packed bed has been widely used in the synthesis of nano-materials,wastewater treatment,gas purification and so on,and has shown great economic value and broad development potential.The traditional problem of high gravity packed bed is as follows.The First is that the dispersion of the mass transfer zone is very thin,because the liquid contact with the filler before the very thin layers are all captured,that is,fluid and filler relative velocity is zero,the dispersion that disappeared.Especially in the filler bed involving two or more liquid phase of the fluid reaction,the higher requirements of the mass transfer,the problem is more serious;the second is that limited thickness of the filler layer directly determines the liquid phase through the filler process is too short.The process is too short and shorten the control of the chemical reaction to participate in the time,affecting the final reaction effect.So the improvement of the traditional filling bed is imperative.In this paper,a new rotating rotary bed is proposed,which introduces the rotation system on the basis of the gravity-rotating bed.The addition of the rotation system can realize the rapid change of the direction of gravity with time.The effect is that it can effectively expand the dispersion of the liquid to the liquid phase and enhance the dispersion mass transfer.The two increase the liquid phase in the filler,The thickness of the filler layer has increased by several times,increasing the time of the chemical reaction to be controlled,thereby enhancing the comprehensive mass transfer effect is very beneficial to nano-carbonic acid Preparation of calcium.This paper focuses on the design and construction of the high-gravity test bench.After the completion of the first test run,the test bench has a large noise,swing serious,largely affected the experiment.The model was built with SOLIDWORKS for analysis reasons.The particle position of the test bed was calculated.The modal analysis of the test bed and the simulation of the test bed are carried out by ANSYS.Based on the calculation results and the simulation results,the test bed is improved from the optimized layout and the local weight.Through the comparison and comparison of the test bench of the modal and ABSTRACTparticle displacement.Verify the improvement of the test bench.Finally,the nano-calcium carbonate was used to study the dispersion and mass transfer effect of the auto transformed ultra-gravity packed bed.Finally,nanometer calcium carbonate with smaller particle size and uniform particle size was obtained.In this paper,the proposed rotary high-gravity filling bed,for the preparation of nano-calcium carbonate and the promotion of high-gravity technology has some reference value.
