Heat-setting is an important part of textile finishing process.Heat-setting production of the fabric has a strict weight requirements.Fabric weight needs to meet the order requirements and the weft weight of the fabric needs to fluctuate within the required range as small as possible.For a long time,the detection of fabric weight is done manually which is resulting in a heavy measurement error.The on-line inspection system is used to detect fabric weight in a movement way.In this way,it not only can detect the weight of the fabric without breaking the fabric,also can collect the different locations on the fabric weft weight.Setting up the models which are between weight mechanism and fabric weight of heat setting machine and designing fabric weight control system.The research results of this article can provide effective reference for the study of the fabric weight control on heat-setting,which is of great significance to improve the product quality.The main work of the article is summarized as follows:1.According to the on-line detection system sampling principle to collect production data.Using the least squares system parameter identification method,through the experiment to set the conversion parameters of the detection device to achieve the purpose of accurate detection of fabric weight.And the sampling results are analyzed to illustrate the necessity of designing the weight control system.2.Designing over-feeding roller control system,the correction control system and rolling fluid control system.The linear velocity can be realized by over-feeding roller control system.The correction control system making the fabric input the rolling fluid control system in a right place.Rolling fluid control system control the rolling fluid cylinder hydraulic cylinder piston.Simulation of the control system is carried out to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the system.3.According to the principle of rolling fluid roller,over-feeding roller and correction device,the mathematical model of the correction device is established.Validated the model with the actual heat setting production data and then designing fabric weight control system to adjust fabric weight.The combination of the rolling fluid control system and the correction control system,achieving fabric weft weight flatness control.Simulation of the control system is carried out to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the system.
