Identification Of Ecological Land And Construction Of Safety Pattern In County-level Based On MCR Model

With the acceleration of urbanization process,a large number of natural resources have been developed and utilized.As ecological land is unreasonably occupied.there are some problems such as lacking of ecological land,and the ecological environment is seriously fragile and sensitive.Based on those,this article taking the case of typical karst mountain city---Nanchuan district,studied the importance of ecological land protection.Integrating ecosystem services and environmental characteristics,this article first evaluateed the importance of ecological land.And then considering the three processes incuding ecological land protection,construction and development,agricultural production,built safety pattern of ecological land protection.Thought this article,provide a scientific basis for the construction of eco-city and ecological red line.Through the above study,the conclusions were as follows:(1)This paper defines the ecological land as a type of nonproductive and non-constructive land that provides the necessary ecological services for human survival,maintaining natural ecological security.Forest,garden,grassland,water bodies and bare land are selected as ecological land.Ecological land structure is extremely unbalanced and the diversity of landscape is weak.Forest is the dominant type with an dominant role.Therefore,based on the protection of forest land,it should adjust ecological land structure and improve overall diversity of landscape.(2)Froming the water conservation,landscape recreation,eco-protection,disaster control,identified the importance of Nanchuan ecological land.The study found: From its structure,the core type of ecological land accounted for the most,up to one third.The other three levels of ecological land is more uniform distribution.The core ecological land is mainly distributed in the Jinfo Mountain Nature Reserve,Nanzhu Mountain Forest Park,Huashan Park,river bodies and several large patches of highly ecologically fragile.The important ecological land is mainly distributed in the outer side of the core ecological land,the transitional ecological land is concentrated in the central low mountain area,and the general ecological land is distributed in the middle low mountainous areas.The importance level of ecological land is affected by slope.(3)Considering the land factors and socio-economic factors,discussed the economic suitability of development in Nanchuan.The study found: First,as a whole,the economic suitability of development in Nanchuan,showed a gradual decline trend from north to south and the degree was greater impacted by slope.Second,the economic suitability of development in Nanchuan was consistented with the pattern of economic development..Thirdly,road has a significant impact on the economic suitability of the expansion,and the economic suitability of the farther away from the road is weakened.(4)From the results of zoning,core ecological zone is highly consistent with the core ecological land,and is the bottom line of urban development and construction.Buffer ecological zone,mainly located in the periphery of core ecological zone,composed of important ecological land and transitional ecological land.Transition ecological zone located between the buffer ecological zone and accountable ecological zone,by the part of the transitional ecological land,general ecological land and part of farmland,This part has a conflict of three processes including ecological land protection,agricultural production,development,and is mainly in ecological protection and agricultural production.Accountable ecological zone,located in the outside of transition ecological zone,and was the producting and living area.(5)The general characteristics of security pattern in Nanchuan are as follows: Selecting nature reserve,scenic area,forest park,and ecologically fragile patches as the important ecological patch,and combining with the existing river corridor,road corridor and BaoMao highway,the ecological corridor designed as "three vertical and four horizontal" grid structure.And then put forward a series of concrete measures such as water forest engineering,ecological restoration,strengthening source protection,paying attention to ecological strategy point.
