The clothing industry customization of human data research is the field of clothing this year,the popular research direction.The traditional manual body measurement method has the experience of the garment of the surveyor,which is beneficial to the overall grasp of the garment process,but limits the measurement efficiency and the digital development of the garment industry.The rise of the Internet and the rapid development of non-contact three-dimensional scanning technology,to the garment industry with a huge impact,how to use the Internet efficient information exchange and non-contact measurement technology to achieve custom clothing industry?In recent years,the development of large data,data mining,for us to study the complex problems of the system provides a new perspective,new methods to improve people's scientific understanding of the real world.Data flow and application as the basis of data mining,the development of the tool for the body of the tool chain makes the solution to the problem possible.From the user's application scenarios and business processes in two aspects,to understand the human body data in the clothing industry to play the role of custom and internal laws of operation.The application of structural human data system,from the theoretical and practical point of view to explore its realization principle,is to study the garment industry custom key issues,but also noncontact human body measurement of one of the basic theoretical problems.Research on human data system tool chain,not only includes the serialization of the functional characteristics of the application,more importantly,to study its implementation mechanism,that is,the core of the calculation principle.In contrast to the manual operation or semi-automated garment production model,this paper presents a human body data system that allows it to be adjusted and evolved at any time based on the size of the target user's body.Based on the analysis of user application scenario and enterprise operation flow,this paper studies the realization method of human data processing tool chain.In view of the above application background,this paper intends to solve the following three aspects:(1)using the three-dimensional scanning device to capture the human body raw data,in the known body posture and error data under the conditions of compensation for missing data,and by manually measuring the true value of the method of correction of human data;(2)the use of data reduction and data mining and other large data calculation method,in the use of as little as possible under the premise of input,the sample data to solve the clustering situation for the human body type data to garment technology data transfer lay the foundation;(3)Based on the numerical form of circulation,the three-dimensional CAD clothing in the virtual adaptation of the loss of traditional clothing experience,the designer can not perceive the fitness of clothing through the aptitude.In view of the above three problems,this paper puts forward three tool chains of human data system:(1)A method of compensating and repairing the original specimen data by constructing an artificial neural network is proposed.First,according to the current international standard documents,the coverage of the four kinds of body postures is sorted.Then,according to the results of the optimal measurement of the posture,the artificial neural network is designed to analyze the input The correlation factor,the dimension of the input data,and the specific parameters of the network.The experimental results show that the method can correct the missing data of the original specimen and accurately fit the true value of the manual measurement.(2)A method of sample data mining based on data reduction and fast clustering is proposed.Firstly,the noise data is removed by data preprocessing.Then,the body of the human body with the contribution rate is extracted by the principal component analysis method.The K-means clustering method is used to graph the size of the sample.;Finally,the virtual center values of the K-means clustering are directed to the individualized units.The experimental results show that the method can greatly simplify the input dimension of the original data and generate the sequence sample data by iterative calculation.(3)A method of human aptitude evaluation based on three-dimensional CAD system is proposed.Firstly,we construct the free space of the garment based on the dress code classification.Then,we select the recognition feature in the free space.Then we use the structural weight to calculate the fitness score of the human body.Finally,we provide the entrance of the designer's own score.Out of the overall score.The experimental results show that this method can provide a complete analysis of the human aptitude of the virtual adaptation scene,and provide strong support for the garment industry customization.
