Self-rescuer is an self-protect equipment widely used in Mine Industry,especially for Chinese workers.It protects workers against explosion caused by gas,dust and fire.Nowadays,which Self-rescuers we mainly use in China is Chemically-bounded Oxygen Self-rescuer,in which the chemicals in the medicine tank react in a specific environment.It provides adequate oxygen for users in a certain amount of time to prevent workers under the mine from the inhalation of toxic gases.Most of current Chemical-bounded Oxygen Self-rescuers have shortcomings in some extent: working with high heat;Not producing pure oxygen;Having a low comfort degree or even doing harm to users' safety.In order to make Chemical-bounded Oxygen Self-rescuer became more secure and comfortable,we developed it from different elements that affect the oxygen-producing temperature.Firstly,we find the oxygen reagent with lower reaction temperature and steady oxygen-producing speed by analyzing the influences of different types of oxygen reagent to the oxygen producing temperature.Secondly,researching how the different respiration parameter of the body effects oxygen reagent under the human body with different amount of work,we draw the amount of work of human body with lower oxygen producing temperature.Thirdly,we found the reagent quality and respiratory frequency that reduce the temperature through measuring breathing rate for the same type and quality in seated condition and the same type of chemical oxygen breathing in the same rate under the same condition of the quality of medical.Fourthly,considering the structure and the influence of heat from oxygen tank structure and size,gas way structure,we can find the best answer to reduce the oxygen producing temperature and prolong the time of effective protection.Finally,combined with China's current use of self-rescuer simulation experimental research in mine working conditions of ZH type,and analyzing the report of a survey of the temperature curve in the course of the experiment and after the experiment,andactual conditions,we come up with further cooling measures and effective ways to improve the comfort.Then we know as an oxygen reagent,KO2 enjoys relatively low oxygen-producing heat and steady rate.Reducing the amount of man effect and breathing rate can effectively prolong the protection time and reduce the temperature.Chemical Oxygen Self-rescuer with protective time of 30 min and 45 min should take KO2270 g and KO2 400 g respectively to protect the use of protective performance.Taking KO2270 g and 400 g to protect the protection of the use of performance.We proposed to reduce the reaction temperature and increase the heat dissipation of high temperature oxygen to reduce the oxygen temperature of ZH type.
