Self-rescuer is a kind of personal protective equipment widely used in China's mining industry.Its main purpose is to ensure the safety and health of users in case of mine disasters such as gas or dust explosion,fire and gas outburst.At present,zh-type chemical oxygen self-rescuer is widely used in China.This type of self-rescuer USES potassium superoxide in the oxygen supply tank of the self-rescuer to produce oxygen supply reaction under certain conditions and provide sufficient oxygen to users within the protection time to prevent underground workers from inhaling toxic and harmful gases.At present,ZH type chemical oxygen self-rescuer has the problem that the oxygen supply temperature is too high.For the study of ZH chemical oxygen self-rescuer oxygen in the process of using the cause of the high temperature,first of all,on the base of ZH chemical oxygen self-rescuer oxygen principle and the working principle and use of gas and solid phase catalytic reaction macro dynamics,heat transfer,thermodynamics theory analysis combined with the fixed bed reactor model ZH chemical oxygen self-rescuer in its use in the process of the influence factors of oxygen supply temperature.The influence mode and process are analyzed in detail.At the same time,the theoretical mathematical model of ZH type chemical oxygen autogenerator oxygen tank is established,and the value method of relevant parameters is obtained.Then the influencing factors of oxygen supply temperature of ZH type chemical oxygen autoclays obtained from theoretical analysis are classified,namely gas factor,chemical layer factor,tank factor and environmental factor.Based on the consideration of controllable factors in practical production,the experimental study and theoretical analysis of the influence of the amount or concentration of carbon dioxide in the gas factor,the drug dose in the pharmaceutical layer factor and the environmental temperature in the environmental factor on the oxygen supply temperature were carried out respectively.Then the effects of respiration rate and dose on oxygen supply temperature of superoxide were analyzed by heat transfer and thermodynamics.By comparing the experimental value with the theoretical value,Pearson correlation test is carried out to verify the reliability of the theoretical calculation model and the correctness of the theoretical analysis.According to the theoretical calculation model,in the case of sufficient dose,the higher the respiratory rate is,the higher the oxygen supply temperature will be,but the rate of temperature rise will decrease with the extension of time,and finally the oxygen supply temperature will reach the theoretical maximum.The maximum temperature value of the theory decreases with the increase of respiratory rate.At a certain respiratory rate,the higher the dose,the longer the reaction time of oxygen supply will be,resulting in a higher oxygen supply temperature value and closer to the theoretical maximum temperature value under this respiratory rate.Finally,the oxygen supply temperature of ZH30 D type isolated chemical oxygen self-rescuer,which is widely used in China,is studied experimentally in high humidity environment with different labor intensity and ambient temperature.It is found that the oxygen supply temperature of ZH30 D type isolated chemical oxygen rescuer has obvious change rule.It is concluded that both labor intensity and ambient temperature have significant influence on the protective performance of the oxygen supply device of ZH type chemical oxygen respirator.With the increase of labor intensity,the protective time and oxygen supply temperature of the rescuer decreased gradually.In the same labor intensity condition,with the increase of the ambient temperature,the rate of oxygen supply temperature will increase,but with the extension of time,the reaction resistance will also increase,eventually leading to the rate of oxygen supply temperature rise gradually slow.Finally it is concluded that the ambient temperature at 30 ~ 38 range,when ? ?human exhaled carbon dioxide concentrations reach 4.36%,ZH30 D isolation type chemical oxygen self-rescuer oxygen medicine tank oxygen temperatures will reach its highest(about 87 ?),and the intensity of labor or the environment temperature rises only speed up the oxygen temperature tends to be the highest temperature value.
