With the progress of technology of coal mining, roadway support theory and technology has achieved great development, bolting has become the main way of coal roadway,especially in Northern Shaanxi Jurassic, coalfield coal seam is large, mining conditions are good. So the coal roadway anchor of large section roadway support has been widely used.With the excavation, as for the tunnel displacement in the process of mining and spalling rock pressure are not obvious. On the mining working face, under the "triangle" area of hanging roof and other phenomena, comprehensive analysis of roadway support strength, density is too large. it is necessary to conduct the optimization. Therefore, the research is in Zhang Jiamao 5-2 of Shen Mu coal mine, using large section roadway anchor slot of glue supporting engineering. Based on the theory analysis, FLAC3D method of numerical calculation and field practice, the paper carries out research work. Rock physical and mechanical properties of coal, laboratory tests, physical and mechanical parameters of rock have been finished The coal seam 5-2 of Zhang Jiamao coal mine , providing the basis for the theory calculation and numerical simulation.It is conducted that the roof displacement for two and the rate of deformation increase rapidly by the influence of roadway the deformation in the distance from the working face 20m in 15206 glue transport trough. And the roof separation, surrounding rock and anchor stress monitoring obtained by abutment pressure is significantly greater than two for deformation. Anchor in the stoping period of maximum stress comply with the design requirements.According to the analysis of the original 15206 glue groove supporting scheme of monitoring, the paper obtains that the supporting has a rich coefficient and it put forward 5 kinds of optimization scheme from supporting material length, diameter, material, supporting spacing. The 15207 rubber transport cross heading support plan has been worked out through theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and analysis and evaluation of economic benefit.Practice has proved that the determined scheme is reasonable and feasible by bolting force, deformation monitoring of surrounding rock and strata behaviors observation in the process of mining excavation during 15207 glue trough transport from April 2016 to May 2017 in accordance with the scheme.
