Water pollution is one of the five major coal mines natural disasters in china, which seriously affects the safety of mine production. Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group is located in the northwest Jurassic fissure water pollution representative area, especially new mines in Yuanyang Lake mining area and Majiatan mining area are seriously threatened by water damage. Hongliu coal mine is the representative mine of Yuanyang Lake mining area,which has urgent need to control roof water disasters with the damage of sandstone aquifer in Zhiluo formation. At present, the Hongliu coal mine mainly uses underground geophysical prospecting technology and large angle vertical drilling to exploration and drainage the roof water, can not meet the requirements of the mine efficient mining, with low precision exploration, large amount of governance, poor drainage effect, lack of advanced regional governance and other deficiencies.This article based on the roof water disasters prevention needs of Hongliu mine, through the analysis of the geological and hydrogeological characteristics in Hongliu mine, research on the coal mine roof water disasters prevention and control of the directional hole design technology, pore forming technology, drilling equipment development and selection, summed up a set of suitable for Hongliu mine roof water disasters prevention and control of directional drilling technology, through the field test to verify the effectiveness of the research, and has obtained the good results.The main research work and achievements are as follows:(1) For the prevention and control of roof water disasters directional hole construction characteristic, completed the directional hole design technology research, from the hole structure, plane and space layout scheme and trajectory design three aspects to study the prevention and control of water disasters the reasonable design of directional hole.(2 ) Completed the prevention and control of roof water disasters directional pore forming technology research, comprehensive using spiral drill pipe rotary drilling and the screw motor MWD directional drilling two directional hole drilling technology to complete the prevention and control of water disasters, in this paper, the principle of the use to all kinds of drilling technology, drilling tool matching and the technical key points are analyzed, to ensure the large rock displacement directional holes and high precision detection hole quickly into a hole.(3) According to the need of the directional drilling construction of the roof water exploration, the development and selection of the drilling equipment is completed, and the perfect drilling equipment system is formed.(4) Through the field test in Hongliu mine, to verify the research results in this paper can meet the needs of the directional drilling construction prevention and control of roof water disasters. The directional hole in the target layer can be ensured to extend, can satisfy the working face covering all without blind area, achieve good roof water governance effect.The directional hole is put roof water agent can increase with formation aquifer and fissure of geological structure, structural belt and other drilling rate in real drill puckering put water maximum 216 m3/h, effectively improve the puckering effect of water.(5 ) Analyzing the directional borescope put water, coMPared with conventional drilling and adjacent face construction of contrast, prove that the directional hole water disasters prevention and control effect is obvious, has the comprehensive promotion value.
