Grouting reinforcement to prevent water inrush from coal seam floor is a technical measure which is suitable for strong aquifer and has little damage to surface resources and environment.At present,this method is used in coal mines to grout and block water through conventional drilling holes in the construction floor,and to reform the floor of coal seam,the effect is remarkable.However,conventional drilling has some problems,such as uncontrollable drilling trajectory,easy existence of grouting blind area,short effective hole section,small reinforcement range of single hole grouting,low drilling utilization rate,large amount of drilling engineering,high labor intensity,inaccurate location of water point,short amount of drilling engineering,high labor intensity,inaccurate location of water point,shortreinforcement distance in advance of circulation,and long preparation time for mining.Therefore,it is urgent to study a kind of directional drilling equipment and technology while drilling to solve the above problems.Starting from the present situation of floor water control technology,through consulting domestic and foreign research data and field investigation in the study area,this paper has a thorough understanding of the current situation,application and existing problems of the floor water control methods in coal mines.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the current conventional bottom grouting drilling,studies the hydrogeological conditions of the study area,studies the structure of the drilling,and studies the design principle of the drilling trajectory in depth.The construction equipment of directional drilling is studied.At last,the drilling technology and construction process are studied.Through field construction and effect analysis,a set of directional drilling equipment and matching drilling technology suitable for grouting and reinforcement of coal seam floor is formed:(1)Aiming at the difficulties of drilling in complex strata and the low efficiency of casing running,a kind of drilling tool and technology with high efficiency for casing running has been studied;(2)Needle drilling technology.According to the lithology of common aquifer strata in coal seam floor,this paper studies directional drilling structure,drilling layout parameters,trajectory design and construction technology;(3)Aiming at the technical problems existing in drilling and grouting boreholes for water exploration and drainage in underground coal mine,through laboratory test,drilling rig equipment is selected,reformed and developed,and a set of equipment suitable for directional grouting drilling construction of coal seam floor is developed;(4)Through field production test,the equipment performance,construction technology and grouting effect are verified,and the technology and equipment are further improved and optimized,and a complete set of directional grouting drilling construction equipment and technology is formed.Based on the in-depth study of directional drilling technology and grouting reinforcement technology of coal seam floor,this paper studies a set of construction technology and equipment suitable for directional grouting drilling of coal seam floor,improves drilling efficiency,drilling depth and reinforcement effect,provides a new way for mine water hazard control,and provides reliable equipment and technical support for safe mining of coal mine.
