As an important pillar of the national economy,the petroleum and chemical industry play a pivotal role in Chinese economic development.It affects all aspects of the country,such as security,economic,military,political and so on,and plays a critical role on the development and social progress.Therefore,as the infrastructure in oil industry,the double-layer oil-storage tank also increasingly subject to people’s concerns.At present,the double-layer oil-storage tank is widely used in the gas station as an oil storage equipment buried underground.When oil spill happens which is caused by the damage of double-layer oil-storage tank under the earthquake,it will cause serious pollution to the environment and groundwater resources.So it is of great practical importance to study the earthquake response of liquid-solid interaction of the double-layer oil-storage tank.In this paper,SF-type double-layer oil-storage tank whose inner is made of steel,the outer is made of fiberglass reinforced plastics(FRP)is taken as an object of study.For the compound structure of the oil-storage tank,the discrete finite element model of the double-layer oil-storage tank is established to research the earthquake response of liquid-solid coupling of the SF-type double-layer oil-storage tank,specifically as follows:(1)In order to research the regulation of stress distribution about tank walls,the static finite element model of the SF-type double-layer oil-storage tank is established with considering the effects of overburden pressure and hydrostatic pressure.The results show that the inner stress is much larger than outer stress,it can be seen that the inner is the main bearing member of the structure and assures the structural strength of oil-storage tank.(2)In order to research the earthquake response of liquid-solid interaction of the SF-type double-layer oil-storage tank under the different seismic action,the soil thickness of 1.9m is converted into external pressure,the spring element model is used to simulate the surrounding soil and the structure-spring element calculation model is established and the El-Centro wave and Lanzhou wave are used to do the dynamic finite element analysis on the calculation model.The calculation results show that the SF-type double-layer oil-storage tank has different dynamic response rule under the action of El-Centro wave and Lanzhou wave.Compared with the El-Centro wave,the dynamic response of the double-layer oil-storage tank is moresignificant under the action of Lanzhou wave.(3)In order to research the influence of covering depth on the earthquake response of liquid-solid interaction of the SF-type double-layer oil-storage tank,covering depths of 2.9,3.9m,4.9m are chosen and the Lanzhou wave is input along the Y-axis of tank.The calculation results show that the earthquake response is closely related to the covering depth,it is shown that the higher the covering depth is,the larger the displacement of the tank wall,the effective stress and the principal stress are.However,under the same covering depth,the dynamic response are different in the steel inner layer,inter layer and outer layer.
