The polymer nanocomposite film material has good thermal stability, softness and strong mechanical properties, and the preparation process is simple and easy to operate, and is environmentally friendly and has little pollution. With the rapid development of the paper industry, polymer inorganic nanocomposite film materials in the paper as a potential alternative to get more attention and research. The selection of suitable inorganic nanomaterials and polymeric materials is also of concern to more researchers. The attapulgite?ATP?is a natural inorganic nanometer mineral material that, due to its special morphological characteristics, makes it better able to combine well with polymer materials.Polyvinyl alcohol?PVA?and polytetrafluoroethylene?PTFE?are widely used polymers. This paper is a natural ATP after cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide?CTMAB?modified with different organic polymer materials as the main raw material in appropriate different additives by simple cast film prepared into a plurality organic and inorganic composite film materials. The composite membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy?SEM?,thermogravimetric analysis?TGA?,X-ray diffraction?XRD?,mechanical properties test, infrared spectroscopy?FT-IR?,optical transmission and other analytical methods.Study the relative performance and possible potential applications as composite functional paper.1.Organic modified ATP nanoparticles and polyvinyl alcohol?PVA?as the main raw material, the mass ratio of 1: 1,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose?CMC-Na?as an additive by the cast film prepared film material?APCF1?,and the morphological characterization, thermogravimetric analysis, mechanical property test and optical permeability analysis of APCF1 were carried out.The results show that the whole reaction is physical mixing, organic modification does not change the structure of ATP,ATP can be well combined with PVA and has semipermeability,APCF1 maximum tensile strength ?? = 5.10 MPa,mechanical properties and Thermal stability are good,so,it is a very good organic-inorganic composite membrane materials.2.Using CTMAB modified ATP as filler and PVA as template. The film?APCF2?was prepared by simple physical mechanical blending with CMC-Na,soluble starch solution,self-made cationic rosin emulsifier and disodium hydrogen phosphate as additives. The APCF2 was analyzed and characterized by SEM,TGA,XRD,FT-IR,mechanical property test, cone calorimeter test, optical permeability analysis and laboratory printer printing test. The results show that the whole reaction is physical mixing;organic modification does not change the structure of ATP;ATP and PVA are well compounded under reasonable additives;APCF2 has optical semipermeability and good thermal stability;and its maximum resistance tensile strength ?? = 22.19 MPa;flame retardant properties have also been improved and it is printable.Through the above analysis we can see that APCF2 is expected to become a potential application of composite paper.3.The APCF3 was prepared by using ATP,PVA and polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion emulsion?PTFE?as the main raw material, cationic rosin emulsifier,CMC-Na and soluble starch solution as additives. The morphology, thermal stability, mechanical properties and optical properties of APCF3 were studied by means of SEM,XRD,TGA,mechanical properties and optical permeability test. The results show that APCF3 has a good combination of various organic and inorganic blends, and has good thermal stability and mechanical flexibility, its maximum tensile strength ?? = 16.35 MPa.It is a good performance organic-inorganic composite membrane material.ATP and polymer composite membrane material has good thermal stability and excellent mechanical properties and also has a certain flame retardant, the preparation method is simple, low cost. This membrane material is expected to be a potential substitute for composite paper, but also provides a new idea for the application of attapulgite.
