Outer rotor technology and double-drum technology are applied in petroleum drilling winch.It can better meet research needs of large traction and retraction winch in ultra-deep oil exploitation.The designed concept of the external double-drum winch is based on the group of four high-power motors directly driving double winch.So,it can realize the working process,such like retractable rope,testing well,dragging for tools,etc.The group of outer rotors drive double drum are evenly loaded,so that the function of double drum is wire drum and cable roller.They can realize work independently or work together.The outer double-drum winch can meet the different actual working conditions,such as winch traction,working load and speed.For the control problem of the group of outer rotor motors dragging double-drum winch,we propose an auto-transformer system based on error tracking theory and cross coupling theory,this system can well deal with dragging balancing and synchronous coordinating control problem.And,considered the complex conditions of the outer rotor double-drum winch,we have done dynamic response analysis for the motor spindle,including the impact of regular change load,unstable load,and instantaneous mutation load that forced on it.Meanwhile,based on the analysis of dynamic response,the life of the motor spindle is analyzed and predicted accordingly.Finally,we carried out some analysis of vibration damage detecting and locating of the external rotor motors.In the case of single damage and complex damage,Bat Intelligent Algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization are introduced into detecting and locating of vibration damage.Bat Algorithm is better than Particle Swarm Optimization.It has the advantages,such as higher accuracy,lower testing time and faster locating rate.It can provide a new idea to detect and locate vibration damage of external rotor spindle.
