Since the reform and opening up,China's economic development has made remarkable achievements;at the same time China's energy consumption and demand are also increasing.In China for all the energy development and utilization,coal is always the largest energy.How to "efficient and safe" production,as the underground coal mining work in the main support and safety protection role in terms of hydraulic support,put forward higher and higher performance requirements.Large flow safety valve as the most important basic components of the hydraulic support system,mainly from the control,overload protection and other effects;its performance directly affects the dynamic stability of the hydraulic support and reliability.Therefore,we should give sufficient attention to the dynamic characteristics of large flow safety valves and full research.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic,expounds the shortcomings of the research on the dynamic characteristics of the large flow safety valve in China,and the development status of the high-flow safety valve for hydraulic support at home and abroad.Design and Development of Flow Safety Valve and Main Performance Index.2.Secondly,according to the basic theory of the large flow safety valve,the basic structure,working principle and basic theory of the large flow safety valve are analyzed,and the safety valve of the direct acting slide valve is taken as the research object.The characteristics of the rated flow and nominal flow of the safety valve are analyzed in detail.The main performance of the valve seat hole diameter,spring stiffness and steady state liquid power is calculated.Which provides a powerful numerical basis for the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the following large flow safety valves.3.Then,using AMESimdynamic analysis software,the simulation model of the large flow safety valve in the whole working circuit is established and the parameter setting is completed.The dynamic characteristics of the large flow safety valve under five different structural parameters are analyzed in detail.The best dynamic characteristic parameter value of the high-flow safety valve is also designed.Three different spill-shaped spool structures are designed to verify the impact resistance of the high-flow safety valve.4.Thirdly,the Fluent fluid simulation software is used to establish the three-dimensional flow channel simulation model and the meshing of the large flowsafety valve.In the four different valve core structures,the local static pressure and velocity vector of the internal flow field of the large flow safety valve The dynamic law of the flow field in the flow channel near the valve spool near the spool of the large flow safety valve and the variation law of the flow field velocity vector are obtained.5.Finally,the combined seal simulation model of large flow safety valve is established by using ADINA finite element analysis software,and the combination seal type with tetrafluoroethylene seal and polyurethane O-ring is determined.Between the core of the ring,spool and valve sleeve between the O-ring were simulated analysis,to determine the best combination of pre-compression sealed.
