The safety valve in underground coal mine safety production are ineffable importance.In view of the use of valve conditions, working status and system of complex factors,the fluid dynamics analysis software FLUENT and 3D modeling software such as CATIA simulation analysis, the combination of the development of high quality, high standards of large flow safety valve, to ensure the stability of hydraulic support system and coal mine safety in production work has a certain practical significance.In this article in view of the object of study for the hydraulic support with German import safety valve, introduces its structure and working principle, and static analysis of the safety valve simulation of some important parameters.Using simulation software AEMSim carries on the dynamic characteristics analysis, and draw the pressure graph and the valve core displacement curve, found some key factors affecting its performance; Then using the WORKBENCH software based on CATIA 3D model built the safety valve of three-dimensional fluid model to dig out and use the ICEM mesh,at last add on the fluid dynamics analysis software FLUENT simulation, draw under different boundary conditions,the different is the total pressure contours and dynamic pressure contours and velocity contours and the velocity vector diagram, by comparing the results of the analysis of conclusion, can provide some references for the future design of safety valve work.
