In the production process of petrochemical plant,the degree of automation is higher and higher,and the role of process control system is becoming more and more important.The instrument is the "eye" of the operation,and the automatic control system is the "brain"".Because the production process tends to be complex,raw material and process medium changing,allocation a reasonable process control system and security system is particularly necessary and important,in order to meet the low-cost,high-quality pursuit,but also guarantee the device scale of equipment and the safety of people and environment.Therefore,in the process of upgrading in Continuous Catalytic Reforming Unit,China Petroleum Lanzhou Petrochemical Company refinery need urgently to improve the safety function and stable performance of the system,to ensure the best reliability of production equipment,personnel safety of life,environmental protection,profit and sustainability of the application.To solve this problem,based on the full research of technological process?control system operation status?instrument common fault,combined with the modular,flexible,fast response and communication technology of logic controller,an integrated control system is designed,including ITCC and ESD,to realize the unit control and emergency stop.The design adopts the advanced TMR(Triple Modular Redundant)microprocessor hardware technology,uses the powerful specialized programming software,constructs the redundant fault-tolerant control system in the original unit of the ITCC system,does not affect the normal operation of the device or equipment production.At the same time,repairs the system potential failure,to improve the stability and reliability of the system.Through the hardware transformation and software version upgrade,improve the system control accuracy and scalability.Through the transformation of the state monitoring system,optimize the control network.The adoption of the new speed card reduces the fault point and improves the response speed.The implementation of temperature error misjudgment logic,reduce the outage rate of bearing temperature by oil erosion and wearing;The design of interlock bypass and operating rights,avoid aging equipment effect and disoperation.The use of the SOE(Sequence Of Events)system is helpful to track and analyze the main faults of parking.The design and transformation of the whole integrated system,with practical,reliable,safety is the primary goal,by the construction?commissioning and put into operation,will greatly enhance the safety of process equipment and the high availability and high maintenance of the control system equipment,reduce false parking,so as to ensure the long term operation of the plant.Through the investigation of field instrument and the analyzing of interlock logic,combined with the characteristics of the control system,considering the practicability and performance,using TRICON hardware and TRISTATION 1131 software platform(belong to Beijing Kangisen automation equipment Technology Co.,Ltd),configuration the corresponding engineer station and operator station,comprehensive control system construction of ITCC and ESD.The main processor and the I/O module of the system hardware are totally tripled,and no single point failure will cause the system failure.Each channel sample? signal amplifier?A/D converter(D/A converter)? the communication unit is independent in the I/O module,32 bit chip to ensure the system operates rapidly?The system diagnostic coverage highly,diagnostic functions are built into the system,no need to write applications.Each card can be replaced online.TRISTATION 1131 can provide users with a variety of programming languages,and modify the program and download it online,it is more convenient for users.All cards?software and floating point coprocessor are certified with the TUV six level,the whole system performs stably,can satisfy the requirement of long time stable operation and the safety.
