MXene is a two-dimensional layered nanomaterial,raw material is MAX which is a kind of the cermet phase.The preparation of MXene is mainly through the use of hydrofluoric acid as an etchant.In this paper,we will predict the reaction rate by analytical chemistry methods and prepare high-purity MXene materials successfully,then explore the potential applications of MXene in the field of wave absorption.The structure of the accordion can be seen in the SEM diagram of Ti3C2 Tx which prepared with Ti3AlC2 as the raw material and 40wt%HF as etchant.The accordion structure can be not observed in the SEM diagram of Ti3C2 Tx which prepared with40wt%HF as etchant.BET tests show that the Ti3C2 Tx of accordion structure and the Ti3C2 Tx of visible accordion structure have the same specific surface area.The Ti3C2 Tx prepared by two concentrations of HF can be seen membrane in the SEM image.SEM-EDS analysis shows that the film is carbon.The XRD spectra of Ti3C2 Tx prepared by 40wt%HF and 10wt%HF show the left shift and broadening of the characteristic peaks.It is shown that the lamellae are opened in the C axis.That is,the interlamellar spacing becomes larger.The content of aluminum ion and titanium ion in the solution after the HF acid has corroded the MAX phase was measured by using chemical analysis method,that is,inductively coupled plasma spectrometer?ICP?,and then the conversion rate of the reaction under different conditions is obtained.Through the conversion equation and Arrhenius equation,we can get activation energy Ea and reaction order n of the corrosion reaction.According to the above kinetic research results,high purity MXenes with different processes are prepared.Using 10wt% HF to prepare MXene can control ??Ti?below 10%.The activation energy is 67.57KJ/mol.Using 40wt% HF to prepare MXene can predict ??Ti?.The activation energy is 47.17KJ/mol.Ti3C2Tx with purity greater than 95% are calculated and prepared.The concentration of etchant are 40wt% HF and 10wt% HF.MXene with two different microstructures are obtained.Ti3C2 Tx prepared by 40wt%HF has a maximum reflection loss of-14 dB at 6.8GHz and bandwidth less than-10 dB is 2.2GHz.Ti3C2 Tx prepared by10wt%HF has a maximum reflection loss of-24 dB at 9.0GHz and bandwidth less than-10 dB is 3.5GHz.After heat treatment,the reflection loss peak of 40wt%HF group is shifted to low frequency,which belongs to low frequency absorbing material.At2.2GHz,the reflection loss is-6.3dB,and the bandwidth less than-5dB is 1.5GHz.10wt%HF group still belongs to high frequency absorbing material.the reflection loss is-35 dB at 13.5GHz,and the bandwidth less than-10 dB is 5GHz.
