In view of the current large air cushion landing craft 1561 high strength aluminum alloy and matching welding consumables MIG horizontal welding high porosity, joint softening degree, process, but off and other issues,to carry out MIG horizontal welding technology adaptability research. To study the stomatal sensitivity of MIG horizontal welding position, analyze the causes of stomatal formation and explore the control measures of stomata in welds. At the same time, the relationship between stomatal sensitivity and mechanical properties of MIG horizontal welds is studied to opti mize the welding process. In order to study the sensitivity of the hydrogen content of the substrate to the transverse weld pores, the hydrogen content of 1561,5083 aluminum-magnesium alloy and 1561 and ER5183 aluminum alloy were measured, and the hydrogen content of the material was measured. The RHEN6 02 hydrogen analyzer was used to test the RHEN602 hydrogen analyzer, and the results were compared with the results. The results showed that the effect of high hydrogen content on the stomatal sensitivity was significant.According to the above test result s,the high temperature preheating of the substrate was attempted to reduce the hydrogen content of the substrate. The test results showed that the porosity of the substrate was lower after the preheating of the preheating furnace at 300 ? for 5h.And then from the external causes of welding before cleaning, welding gun angle, the protection of gas types and composition, welding current, welding voltage, welding speed and other angles to control the variable test,pre-welding cleaning into the substrate is divided into mechanical cleaning and chemical cleaning,Of the mechanical cleaning on the basis of chemical cleaning can significantly reduce the stomatal sensitivity;torch angle is divided into the dumping 5 °,horizontal, down 5 °,the angle of the torc h 5 ° of the weld stomatal sensitivity of the lowest; The welding current is divided into 103 A,108A,113 A,and the welding gas is sensitive to the pores of the weld with 25% helium + 75% argon gas.The welding speed is divided into 350 mm / min,450 mm / mi n,550 mm / min, with the welding speed of the welding speed is increased, the weld stomatal sensitivity gradually reduced. Finally, the welding process is optimized to obtain the weld with the lowest stomatal sensitivity, and the optimal welding parameters are found in the welding conditions such as the welding before welding, the angle of the welding torch and the shielding gas.The welding current, welding voltage,The welding parameters were as follows: welding current 108 A,welding voltage 24 V,welding speed 450 mm / min.The welding parameters were as follows: welding current 108 A,welding voltage 24 V,welding speed 450 mm / min.In order to further reduce the stomatal sensitivity, the use of coating activator for welding, the test results show that the activator can effectively reduce the sensitivity of the pores.
