The ocean is an energy source for human survival and development,and people's material needs are largely from the ocean.With the rapid development of the world economy,people are attracted by the rich marine resource,especially the current petroleum resource on land face to dry up.All countries focus to the world's largest energy treasure--Ocean.The manifold system is composed of pipes and valves.As an important component of subsea production system,manifold is widely used in the exploitation of seabed oil and gas.In this paper,the research status of the subsea manifold at home and abroad is introduced,and the design and analysis of a manifold with the working depth of 1500 m is studied.According to the design parameters and technical requirements,we propose the general arrangement of subsea manifold,and analyze the working environment,wave force,current force.These provide the basis for the design and analysis of subsea manifold system.On the basis of the general arrangement,the pipe,the support structure and the foundation structure of manifold system are designed in detail.According to the design parameters and technical requirements,the software of AutoPipe is used to establish the finite element model of manifold.Then,the stress classification and checking of the pipeline are studied,and in this paper we calculate the stress of pipe under hydrostatic pressure condition,operating condition and translation and installation conditions.The finite element software SACS is used to analyze the strength of the manifold structure under the working condition,lifting condition and ROV impact condition.Established the simplified model of manifold foundation,we carry out the strength analysis and settlement analysis of manifold foundation under installation and operating conditions in this paper.These verify the rationality of the design of manifold system.Finally we complete the strength analysis of key parts of manifold system,such as the tee and bolt flange connector.
