In recent years,the exploitation of offshore oil resources has gradually shifted from shallow water to deep sea.In the development of deep-sea oil and gas fields,the underwater production system is the key,and the deep-sea manifold system is an important part of the underwater production system.The design and analysis of the key components such as underwater valve,production pipeline,support frame and basic structure were designed and analyzed to verify the rationality of its engineering application,which can provide reference for the future design of deep-sea manifold.Underwater valves are assembled with production pipelines to control production and stop.According to the basic data of the target oil and gas field,the design parameters of the valve were determined.According to the relevant specifications,the material selection and parametric design of various parts of the valve were designed.The key parts of the valve were designed and checked in detail to ensure the safety and reliability and meet the engineering requirements.The production pipeline collects the oil and gas products from the tree and collects it through the jumper tube to the machining center.Firstly,according to the design parameters and the selection of suitable pipe material according to the standard,the pipe wall thickness was calculated and the corresponding design principles and methods were summed up.Secondly,the two typical grooves dual collection pipe arrangement were analyzed in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes were obtained.Finally,the strength of the designed production pipeline was carried out by using AutoPipe software.Check to ensure the safety and reliability of the production pipeline.Support frame provides support and protection for underwater valves and production pipelines.According to the design parameters and technical requirements,combined with the layout and load of valves and production pipelines,detailed structural design was carried out for the supporting frame of manifold.The stress on the lifting lugs was analyzed under the condition of 60 degree elevation.The hoisting condition,the working condition and the ROV impact condition on the superstructure of the manifold of the valve,the production pipe and the supporting frame were analysed to verify the rationality of the design of the manifold structure.The foundation structure provides support for the superstructure of the manifold.Based on soil parameters and upper load conditions,the suction pile scheme was selected in this paper.According to the relevant specifications,the appropriate pile length and pile wall thickness were selected.The bearing capacity of soil was theoretically calculated and analyzed.Penetration analysis and in-situ analysis of suction pile structure were carried out.It was verified that buckling failure of suction piles would not occur during penetration,and the strength of pipe foundation would also meet the requirements of supporting superstructure.
