In the study of regional economics, the environmental problem has become a new research hotspot. It is helpful to understand the regional differences between carbon emission and carbon footprint in China, and analyzes the carbon emission problems and carbon footprint problems in China.Sexual and evolutionary characteristics, with a certain theoretical and practical significance.According to the statistics of the seven commonly used energy data of 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)from 2000 to 2013,the total amount of carbon emissions corresponding to 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China is measured.According to the total carbon emissions of four carbon emission areas of the division;combined with the Inert index research methods and found that China's population distribution and carbon emissions distribution year after year is getting better and better, the overall difference in the level of carbon emissions from interregional population distribution and The disparity between the level of economic development and the level of carbon emission in China is lacking. The difference of the total carbon emission level is mainly due to the incompatibility between the regional economic development level and the carbon emission level.According to the improved IPAT model, the carbon emission intensity is the explanatory variable, the population size, the energy intensity, the energy intensity, the energy intensity, the energy intensity, the energy intensity, the energy intensity, the energy intensity, the energy intensity, the energy intensity, the energy intensity, the energy intensity, the energy intensity, the energy intensity,The urbanization level, the industrial structure and the energy structure coefficient are positive, indicating that the above five indicators have an impact on the carbon intensity, the five indicators are the largest coefficient of urbanization growth rate, the lowest is the population size. The calculation of carbon footprint in 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)is based on different land use types. The calculation shows that theconstruction land is the main carbon source and the forest is the main carbon sink. The carbon footprint of the construction land is much larger than that of the forest,The total carbon footprint of energy consumption increased year by year;the weak decoupling model was used to analyze the relationship between carbon footprint and economic growth, and it was found that economic growth and carbon footprint were asynchronized. In the industrial structure and carbon footprint analysis,it was found that the carbon footprint of the secondary industry The proportion of carbon footprint in the tertiary industry has increased year by year and surpassed that of the primary industry. In the energy structure, the consumption of coal has been higher than that of the first industry. The carbon footprint is dominated by the carbon footprint of diesel and gasoline consumption. The carbon footprint of natural gas consumption is the lowest, and the gray correlation model is used to obtain the coal consumption, natural gas consumption, gasoline consumption and diesel consumption And carbon footprint in the order of 0.92,0.76,0.82,0.85..
