There are a lot of problems in the tailings wastewater which is difficult to settle the suspended solid particles.Microbial leaching of phosphate rock simulated wastewater was studied.Under the conclusion:1 From a phosphate ore in Guizhou province to get fresh samples,by dilution plate method, the sample surface to extract the colony diameter larger p-dissolving fungi were cultured after purification,PCR analysis, through NCBI(GenBank)on the search, determined to get the fungus M.ramosissimus.2 On the M.ramosissimus under a variety of conditions of bioleaching experiments to determine the best conditions for the cultivation of M.ramosissimus, the concentration of 1.5g/L,the temperature of 25 degrees Celsius, the initial pH6.5,sodium acetate as the source of C.Under the condition of simulated wastewater, the maximum leaching amount of 7D was 136mg/L,and the corresponding leaching rate was 43.45%3 Bacillus subtilis was obtained from a laboratory in Guizhou University.Bacillus subtilis under a variety of conditions of bioleaching experiments, the best conditions for the cultivation of Bacillus subtilis, the concentration of mineral powder 3g/L,the incubation temperature of 37 degrees Celsius, the initial pH=7,sodium acetate as the source of C.Under the condition of simulated wastewater, the leaching rate of 7D reached 51.76%,and the leaching rate reached 162mg/L.4 Acidithiobacillus(At.t)Was obtained from a microbiology laboratory of Guizhou University. The bioleaching experiments of At.t under various conditions were carried out.The optimum cultivation conditions of At.t are: the concentration of 3g/L,the incubation temperature is 30~34 degrees Celsius, the initial pH=5.Under the condition of simulated wastewater,7d can dissolve 70.28% of insoluble phosphorus in wastewater.5 According to the best leaching solution of phosphate leaching wastewater of At.t,the pH was adjusted to produce phosphorus in the sediment recovery solution, and the recovery rate was up to 83.63%.The overall recovery rate was 58.78%.
