This study compared the method of desulfurization of phosphate slurry and various common desulfurization methods,and it was found that phosphate slurry has excellent desulfurization effect as desulfurizer,At the same time,The purifying effect of sulfur dioxide on impurities?such as Al,Mg,Ca,etc.?in phosphate ore is also significant.Through the experiment and the characterization methods of this research to analyze the mechanism of catalytic oxidation desulfurization:Phosphorus slurry desulfurization magnesium removal performance orthogonal test,a variety of reaction factors on the effect of phosphorus removal rate of magnesium impurities in the experiment,magnesium leaching rate in phosphate rock when the desulfurization rate is 0%and 50%.Through the Phosphate rock was subjected to XRD,ICP measurement and computational analysis by HSC Chemistry 6.0 calculation software.In the orthogonal experiment of phosphate slurry desulfurization and magnesium removal,the optimum technical conditions of this experiment was 50 degrees temperature;the concentration of SO2 of 1000mg/m3;the slurry concentration in 30%and pH=6;the optimum technical conditions of this experiment was 50 degrees temperature;the concentration of SO2 of 1000mg/m3;the slurry concentration in 30%and pH=7.In the single factor impact test,this study investigated the effect of the slurry reaction temperature,pH,slurry concentration and sulfur dioxide concentration on the leaching rate of magnesium in phosphate ore.When the temperature is 40?,the leaching rate of magnesium is the highest;With the increase of temperature,the leaching rate of magnesium increased,The temperature was higher than 40?,the leaching rate of magnesium was decreased.When pH was 5,the leaching rate of magnesium was the largest,and the leaching rate of magnesium decreased when pH increased again.The higher the slurry concentration?solid-liquid ratio?,the lower the leaching rate of magnesium.Concentration of SO2 increases and the pH value of solution decreases,which is beneficial to the leaching of magnesium.The desulphurization rate of sulfur dioxide in industrial flue gas was 0%and 50%,and the leaching rate of magnesium was 45.7%and 23.03%.Through kinetic analysis of desulfurization and magnesium removal of phosphate slurry,There are 5 processes for determining the gas-liquid-solid three generation model of phosphate slurry desulfurization and magnesium removal,the rate of the reaction is determined by the process of maximum resistance,and the reaction activation energy k=3.766×e-10318.39/RT.Based on the thermodynamic analysis of the desulfurization and magnesium removal of phosphate slurry,the E-pH diagram of the different systems of phosphate slurry desulphurization and magnesium removal was obtained,and the reaction was mainly composed of phosphoric acid in the decomposition phosphate of sulfuric acid.The dolomite in phosphate rock was decomposed into Mg2+under the action of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid.Finally,the thermodynamic properties and possible structures of various ions and groups are obtained,and the degree of difficulty of the mechanism reaction is determined.The research shows that the main reaction process for reducing the content of self-magnesium and reducing the content of self-magnesium in phosphate flue gas,and the main reaction process for improving its own grade are divided into:?1?The decomposition of sulfuric acid produced by SO2 under the transition metal catalysis?2?Phosphate ore phosphate?3?Phosphate ore dolomite?CaCO3·MgCO3?is decomposed by sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid to form magnesium ions into the liquid phase.
