This paper based composition optimization in prophase,the preparation of Al-B-Y-Zr-Cu aluminum alloy electric round rod,using tensile test machine,double bridge test instruments such as mechanical and electrical properties;with the help of SEM,XRD,EDS and other modern analytical equipment alloy microstructure morphology observation,grain boundary and grain morphology,precipitation to investigate the phase distribution,discussed the influence of solid solution,aging and annealing treatment on the organization and performance of heat-resistant aluminum alloy.(1)Study on the solution process,single-stage,double-stage,RRA three different aging effect on Al-B-Y-Zr-Cu aluminum alloy electrician round rod structure and performance,to obtain reasonable aging process;observing the rolling samples after heat treatment,verify the rationality of the heat treatment system,to get the comprehensive performance has improved heat resistance aluminum alloy round rod.(2)In order to meet the actual production situation of electrician round rod continuous casting and rolling,Al-B-Y-Zr-Cu aluminum alloy conducted casting +rolling+ annealing,to get better annealing process,to lay the foundation for subsequent research and industrial production.The results of the study show that:When the single stage heat treatment process is 450?×4h(solution)+150?×10h(single aging),the cast conductivity is 62.5IACS%,tensile strength 78 MPa,rolling strength was 147 MPa,the conductivity is 60.48IACS%,elongation is 15%;when the double stage heat treatment process of 450?×4h(solution)+125?×4h + 195?×9h(double aging),cast conductivity is 63.1 IACS%,tensile strength reached 80 MPa after rolling,the tensile strength is 146 MPa,the conductivity is 61.04IACS%,elongation is 13%;when the return heat treatment process is 450?×4h(solution)+145 ?×4h + 200?× 5min + 145?×4h(RRA),as cast tensile strength reaches 78 MPa,the conductivity is 61.70IACS% after rolling,the tensile strength is 146 MPa,the conductivity is 60.59IACS%,the elongation of 14%.thus,double aging heat Aluminum Alloy electrical conductive circle the rate of rod is high.Cast Al-B-Y-Zr-Cu aluminum alloy electrician round rod through the deformation of 83% cold-rolled+ 300 ?× 20 min after annealing,the microstructure was improved,reducing the degree of work hardening,the conductivity and the elongation increased,while the tensile strength decreased.The tensile strength is 129 MPa,the conductivity is 60.59IACS%,the elongation is 20%.
