As the billet of cable and wire,the quality of aluminum alloy electrician has a direct impact on the merits of aluminum wire.This article is based on the better aluminium alloy composition in prophase,according to the actual production process of the factory,the rare-earth aluminum alloy electrician rod is heat treated after 83%deformation.Microhardness tester is used to test the hardness of aluminum alloy electrician rods annealed at different temperatures for one hour and the optical microscope was used to analyze the microstructure of the aluminum alloy electrician rod to determine the recrystallization temperature of the aluminum alloy electrician rod.The electrical and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy rod were tested by double-arm bridge and material tensile tester.The microstructure,grain boundary and precipitated phase morphology and distribution of aluminum alloy were observed by X-ray diffractometer,field emission scanning electron microscope and spectrometer.By comprehensive analysis,the aluminum alloy electrician rod with better comprehensive performance and higher practical performance is explored.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1)The recrystallization temperature of Al-B-Y-Cu-Zr alloy is 230? and the final temperature is 350?.After casting and rolling of aluminum alloy,the microstructure of matrix is slender fibrous.The effect of the recovery phase on the microstructure of the matrix is relatively weak,and there is no obvious change.After the recrystallization of aluminum alloy,new grains appear in the matrix.The equiaxed crystals distributed evenly on the matrix replace the heterogeneous fiber and banded structures in the recovery stage.2)With the increase of solution temperature and the prolongation of solid solution time,the recrystallization degree and recrystallization size of Al-B-Y-Cu-Zr alloy increase continuously.When the solid solution temperature exceeds 230?,the aluminum alloy began to recrystallize.Comprehensive analysis,the better solution ofaluminum alloy is 220?×1h,the recrystallization inhibition is the best,the saturation after quenching is relatively high.3)The comprehensive performance of sample is better by 150?×10h aging treatment,its tensile strength reaches to peak value(140 MPa),and the electrical conductivity is of 61.64% IACS.4)The comprehensive performance of sample is better by 100?×3h+150?×10h two-stage aging treatment,its tensile strength reaches to 136 MPa,and the electrical conductivity is of 61.70% IACS.5)After the rolling of aluminum alloy at different temperatures,the dynamic recovery or dynamic recrystallization of the aluminum alloy electrician rod has occurred in varying degrees.The comprehensive performance of sample is better by100? rolling+220?×1h+150?×10h treatment,its tensile strength reaches to 132 MPa,and the electrical conductivity is of 60.14% IACS.
