Nowadays,the pollution of water environment seriously restricts the economic development and social progress.Organic wastewater is the main source of pollution in water environment.As a highly concentrated organic wastewater,dye wastewater has the characteristics of complex composition,high organic content,poor biodegradability,high COD concentration and strong toxicity.So it is urgent to find a clean,low-cost and sustainable methods for the degradation of pollutants.In recent years,photocatalytic degradation of water pollution has become a hot research topic,Among them,the metal phthalocyanine catalyst is non-toxic,harmless and cheap to the environment.It is a very promising visible light catalyst.In this paper,Eight kinds of metal phthalocyanine have been synthesized by DBU liquid phase catalysis:?-octaoctyloxy phthalocyanine cobalt,?-octaoctyloxy phthalocyanine nickel,?-octaoctyloxy phthalocyanine copper,?-octaoctyloxy phthalocyanine zinc,?-ctabenzyloxyl phthalocyanine cobalt,?-ctabenzyloxyl phthalocyanine nickel,?-ctabenzyloxyl phthalocyanine copper,?-ctabenzyloxyl phthalocyanine zinc,And through NMR?VU-vis and FI-TR of eight kinds of metal phthalocyanines have been characterized.At the same time,the eight kinds of metal phthalocyanine catalysts for degradation of malachite green and methylene blue,and compares the two kinds of dyes.And The effects of catalyst dosage,H2O2 concentration and reaction conditions on the degradation rate were investigated.Through the catalyst photocatalytic degradation of different types of dyes experiment draw the following conclusions:1.Degradation of malachite green by metal phthalocyanine: When the light intensity was 500 W,the concentration of malachite green was 0.1 mmol/L,the catalyst dosage is 0.6 g/L,H2O2 is 0.6 mmol/L,the catalytic effect of ?-octaoctyloxy phthalocyanine cobalt is the best.At 100 min,the degradation rate of ?-octaoctyloxy phthalocyanine cobalt is 98.6%,and the degradation rate of ?-ctabenzyloxyl phthalocyanine cobalt is up to 99.3%,and all accord with the first-order kinetic equation.2.Degradation of methylene blue by metal phthalocyanine: When the light intensity is 500 W,the concentration of methylene blue is 6mg/L,the catalyst dosage is 0.6g/L,H2O2 is 0.6 mmol/L,the catalytic effect of ?-ctabenzyloxyl phthalocyanine copper was the best.At 100 min,the degradation rate of ?-octaoctyloxy phthalocyanine copper is 98.9%,and the degradation rate of ?-ctabenzyloxyl phthalocyanine copper is up to 99%,and all accord with the first-order kinetic equation.The results show that metal phthalocyanine has good photosensitivity,is a kind of application value of photosensitizer.
