Recently,the water pollution has become more and more serious with the rapid development of industrialization.With the rapid development of industrial civilization,the problems of environmental pollution are increasingly prominent.Among them,the problem of water pollution is particularly acute.Therefore,it is urgently needed to develop an efficient and environmentally friendly method for the treatment of dye wastewater.Metal phthalocyanine has been certified that it can efficiently catalyze hydrogen peroxide,organic peroxide,oxygen to produce strong oxidizing species for oxidative degradation of organic pollutants.By useing DBU liquid phase catalytic method synthesis eight metallophthalocyanines:α(β)-tetra(3-carboxyl phenoxy)phthalocyanine cobalt(Ⅱ),α(β)-tetra(3-carboxyl phenoxy)phthalocyanine zinc(Ⅱ),α(β)-tetra(3-carboxyl phenoxy)phthalocyaninenickel(Ⅱ),α(β)-tetra(3-carboxyl phenoxy)phthalocyanine copper(Ⅱ).The structural traits and properties were discussed by FT-IR,UV-vis,MS,Elemental analysis spectrometries methods.The degradation of two different type of dyes is discussed by use catalysts.The Activity center,dosage of catalysts,concentration of hydrogen peroxide and different reaction conditions on he catalytic oxidation of malachite green and methylene blue are investigated.The experimentalresults show that:1.Malachite green with metal phthalocyanine:when the malachite green concentration is 6 mmol/L,catalyst concentration is 0.6 g/L,hydrogen peroxide is 6 mmol/L,active center for cobalt catalyst no matter what kind of the catalytic effects are the best.α(β)-tetra(3-carboxyl phenoxy)phthalocyanine cobalt(Ⅱ)of the degradation rate of 97% with in 80 min.2.Methylene blue with metal phthalocyanine when the Methylene blue concentration is 6 mmol/L,catalyst concentration is 0.6 g/L,hydrogen peroxide is 6 mmol/L,active center for cobalt catalyst no matter what kind of the catalytic effects are the best.α(β)-tetra(3-carboxyl phenoxy)phthalocyanine cobalt(Ⅱ)of the degradation rate of 98% with in 80 min.Metal phthalocyanine catalysts with high stability and high catalytic oxidation effect.The degradation process obeys the first-order kinetic reaction.
