Through the introduction of present situation,future development for gasoline and diesel hydrogenation technology,Introducing the Sudan Khartoum company limited choice the coking gasoline and diesel for GDHT device development background and necessity.Protecting feed,avoid two processing of oil-contained more alkene,pectin and other impurities gum,the mixed coking gasoline and diesel oil after join into the hydrogenation reactor,catalyst hydrogenation refining effect of the use of high selectivity,high activity,realize the maximization of hydrogenation products desulfurization,qualified and yield;Reducing the solid impurity contents on the raw material,carry high(more of coke powder and rust)into the reaction bed,Using the new technology to ensure the diesel iron removing calcium iron and calcium content in raw material is reduced to less than 1.2?g·g-1;Using the new type of catalyst and the new of packing,in the reactor internals was improved,ensure that the differential pressure of hydrogenation reactor in the whole operation running is not increased,the running period of hydrogenation catalysts is lengthened,and reduce the energy of the device.Monitoring and analysis of the actual operation data of GDHT device show that,according to the process characteristics of hydrogenation device,the corrosion and reduce maintenance cost can be slowed down and the blocking of pipelines in the hydrogenation device by the ammonium salt production.Through the optimizing operation,the gas energy consumption of the device can be reduced.The device is using RN-22 B catalyst has safe operation of the 5 cycles,nearly 10 years,in the gradual deterioration of the quality of the crude oil,Still in under mild reaction conditions refined coking gasoline and diesel to ensure the quality of the products up to standard.Protecting of the catalyst and feed,ensure that the differential pressure of hydrogenation reactor in the whole operation running is not increased,after one years the differential pressure of hydrogenation reactor increased by only 0.016 MPa,the running period of hydrogenation catalysts is lengthened.Requirements for hydrogen upstream regulating operation through a reasonable,strict control of chloride content in the new hydrogen to ensure new hydrogen quality,can be through the adjustment of water injection and upgrade the pipe material quality and so on.Through the comparison of production,in the lower reaction condition and activity of catalyst,hydrogenation products can be up to standard for Sudan diesel product environmental protection standard,provides the basis and guarantee for the later product quality upgrading of environmental protection.Through the optimizing operation,and the optimal using of heat source can be realized,improving economic benefit.
