New Multistage Throttle Pressure Control System

Oil and gas well control is one of the most important part in drilling operation, one negligence be able to bring the loss which should not be make remedy. In the process of oil and gas exploitation, as much element effects, the blowout accidents often happen, so it is a problem how to control the pressure of oil and gas well for safety, prompt and effective.The investigation results according to a great quantity of literature and on-site study show that, at present, so as to the reasons of choke valve damage, operating failure and harsh environment, often induce the blowout accident under the high-pressure ,high-displacement and the complex condition, secure quality and dependability and operation three respects can not meet the requirement of oil and gas well control in the complex condition.In this paper, in view of the problem of oil and gas well choke and kill system, the mainly completed research as follows:① Develop one suit of multi-stage choke and kill system. This system mainly include multi-stage choke manifold, control unit and control software. Multi-stage choke and kill system can implement multi-stage choke pressure release, multiplex link choose, the online real time monitoring, pressure automatic control and the long distance remote operation and so on, and this system have three respects advantages include security, dependability and controllability.(2) Having carried on the experiment research on the multi-stage choke and kill system. Do the wind tunnel test (MianYang) for analyzing the feasibility of the multi-stage choke and kill system, and carry on the field experiment (KangCun-2 well), ensure the application effect on the multi-stage choke and kill system in practice.
