According to the FKN theory of B-Z chemical oscillations,this thesis is mainly carried out improvements to its organic system,to establish a new type of constant glutamate B-Z oscillating chemical acetone system and chemical oscillating of malicacid system.List the proof of its reasonableness,and come to this new type of B-Z oscillating chemical activation system was 76.269 kJ/mol.And various concentrations were optimized for each system.Constant glutamate-the total volume of B-Z oscillating chemical acetone system for 40 mL,the ministries grouped into: 1.05mol/L sulfuricacid 20.0 mL,0.08mol/L sodium bromate 5.0 mL,0.08 mol/L glutamate 5.0mL,0.65 mol/L acetone 5.0 mL,0.05 mol/L [CuL](ClO4)5.0 mL.Constant chemical oscillating of malicacid system for 40 mL,the ministries grouped into: 1.05 mol/L sulfuricacid 27.8 mL,0.6 mol/L sodium bromate 1.0 mL,0.08 mol/L DL-malic acid 5.0 mL,2.2×10-2mol/L [CuL](ClO4)7.0 mL.Then reduce total system of this new B-Z chemical oscillations,making this detection system can detect trace substances.And from aplatinum electrode-bromide ionelectrode potential diagram deriving,when the total systemis reduced to 40-fold,its syst emsstill follow the FKN principle,chemical oscillations still exist,the potential emergence of a periodic system remains.The total volume of trace amounts B-Z oscillating chemical system of glutamate–acetone system is1 mL,this system consisting of: 1.05 mol/L sulfuricacid 0.50 mL,0.08 mol/L sodium bromate 0.125 mL,0.08mol/L glutamate 0.125 mL,0.65mol/L of acetone 0.125 mL,0.05mol/L [CuL](ClO4)0.125 mL.The trace component concentrations B-Z chemistry of malicacid system oscillation are: 1.05 mol/L sulfuricacid 0.695 mL,0.60 mol/L sodium bromate 0.025 mL,2.21×10-3 mol/L [CuL](ClO4)0.175 mL,0.6 mol/L DL-malicacid 0.105 mL.Use this mall amount of B-Z oscillating chemical of glutamate-acetone system to measure vitamin C directly;A certain amount of vitamin C sodium phosphate generate different amounts of vitamin c after catalyzed by alkaline phosphatase.Because vitamin C sodium phosphate and alkaline phosphatase do not result in disturbance son the B-Z oscillating chemical by themselves,therefore,this thesis establish a new detection method for detecting alkaline phosphatasein directly.When the concentration of vitamin C is in 1×10-6 ~ 1×10-3 mol/L range,difference between the amplitude and the logarithm of the concentration of vitamin C show alinear relationship,R2 = 0.9914,the lowest detection limit is 3.51×10-10 mol/L(3?),the minimum detectable amount is 8.78×10-15 mol;The variable of cycle and log [VC] show a linear relationship,R2 = 0.9573,the lowest detection limit is 3.7×10-10 mol/L(3?),the minimum detectable amount is 9.25×10-15 mol.When the activity level of ALP is in 5 ~ 30 U/L range,Alkaline phosphatase activity and the change in the amplitude after the addition ofen zymecatalyzed product show a linear relationship,R2 = 0.9815,the lowest detection limit is 2.05 U/L(3?),the minimum detectable amount is 5.13×10-5 U.the activity of ALP and the first highest potential after addingthe product of enzymatic show alinear relationship,R2 = 0.9894,the lowest detection limit is 2.25U/L,the lowest detection limit is 5.63×10-5U.After add ingenzyme-catalyzed product the variable of oscillation period and [ALP] show a linear relationship,R2 = 0.9341,the lowest detection limit is 2.50U/L(3?),the minimum detectable amount is 6.25×10-5U.Use this trace chemical oscillating of malicacid system,and optimize the concentration of each component by its trace experiment system.When the concentration of vitamin C in the 0.5×10-9 ~ 1×10-7mol/L range,the variables of this oscillation amplitude and log[VC] show a good linear relationship,the detection limit is 3.15×10-10 mol/L(3?),After adding vitamin C,the first electrode potential maximum value and log[VC] show a good linear relationship,the detection limit is 3.95×10-10 mol/L(3?).The traces B-Z oscillating chemical of malicacid system to measure the concentration of alkaline phosphatase: When alkaline phosphatase activity is in the 1~16 U/L range,he variable of the oscillation amplitude and the log[ALP] show a good linear relationship,the detection limit is 0.59 U/L(3?)the variable of oscillation cycle and log[ALP] also show a linear relationship,and the detection limit is 0.56 U/L(3?).
