Development On Voltage Frequency Stabilization Device Of Oil Electric Drill

Electric drive drilling rig is widely used in oil drilling.However,the instability in frequency and voltage of the generator of the drive drilling rig would seriously affect the quality of the oilfield drilling.In order to overcome the shortcoming about the fluctuation of the generator output voltage,the instability of the output frequency,a method about using three level constant voltage constant frequency devices is proposed in this paper to stabilize the voltage and frequency of the oil rig electric drive.The driving system of the electric rig,the composition of the electric drive drilling rig and the DC control system as well as the power generation system are introduced in this paper.In the next,the paper analyses the working principle about the constant voltage constant frequency device,the component of the space vector,the position of the reference vector and the principle about how the pulse transmitting.The Simulink model of three-level constant voltage constant frequency device is built in the Matlab/Simulink environment,and the result is analyzed.In order to make the drive more practical,the experimental platform of three-level constant voltage constant frequency device is built based on DSP control system.The control algorithm of the SVPWM is designed.Finally,the combination of system software and hardware,the three level constant voltage constant frequency device of the system is debugged,and the debugging results are analyzed.Simulation and experimental results show that the three level constant voltage constant frequency devices can play a stabilizing role of voltage and frequency.
