With the increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand of oil and gas,the development of low permeability heavy oil reservoir is being attached more and more attention.Mid-low heavy oil reservoir has the problems of poor reservoir properties,such as easy to produce sand,heavy oil,formation pollution,and integrative technology of the fracturing and sand control research was launched.Through the integrated use of hydraulic fracturing and gravel packing technology,in order to achieve tip screen out,which is necessary for the creation of short and wide fracture,the fracturing and sand control research subject was launched.Through the theory research,sand control and production enhancement working mechanics of the fracturing and sand control technology was systematically analyzed.Indoor experiments optimized 20/40 and 16/20 Carbo ceramsite as fracturing proppant,and identified 20/40: 16/20 mesh volume ratio of 4: 1 for the optimal combination of sand scene mode.According to the reservoir and the fracturing process requirements,a new type of compound fracturing fluid was preferred,which has the advantage of low damage,sand-carrying good performance and avoid the problem of water sensitivity damage.High flow conductivity fracture was formed by comprehensive application of tip screen out process design,and combination technology of proppant was optimized in order to prevent sand production.Sand fracturing process parameters was optimized through comparison,and the construction effect of sand ratio,fracture length,construction displacement,preflush volume and other factors was analyzed.Combined with the formation conditions of the Wang 152-6 Wells and optimized construction parameters,with the use of Meyer simulation so ftware,construction pump continued table and fracture conformation was obtained under the optimal conditions of fracture parameters.The set of fracturing sand control technology was applied to the Wang 152 block and achieved good results.This technology can acquire double effect of sand control and production enhancement.
