The formation of Moderate-high permeability is usually loose. the impact force to the formation fluid will be increased while the flow rate of the formation fluid is increased.as a reslut.the formation is collapsed and sanding severely so that the wells are failed to produce normally .With the maturation of the Tip Screen-Out(TSO), the sand-control technology in the high permeability zone is more and more valued. TSO fracture can lessen pressure-drop between formation and well bore , decrease fluid impact to the formation and achieve sand- control.Based on the former discussion.the idea and methodology of formation sand control as well as reservior stimulation through TSO is presented.The research clew are as follows: Firstly, the three Dimensional Model of fracture extending was established on the basis of literatures investigating and surveying ,as well as the fracture size before and after sand-out is calculated; Secondly, the volume of preflush was design ,depend on the leakoff coefficient of small scale fracturing;Then,the critical produce rate and maximum draw down pressure was worked out according to stress Mohrcircle so that the reliability of the sand control design could be evaluated.The research work includes the following aspects.(1) According to the characteristics of the high permeability oil reservoir-high the conductivity and geology loose , easily breaking-sand , the idea that sand control and stimulation through tip screen out was presented .(2) The P3D model of fractur extending for TSO was established .the programm in VB pattern was given out,then,The fracture size before and after sand-out was gotten.(3) Both wellbore and fracture temperature field model were given out ,as well as the modeling programm.Further more,the temperature effect was taken into account while the fracture extending modeling.(4) The critical value of fomation parameters was presented by application ofstress Mohrcircle.then the sand filling fracture size was redesigned.Finally.the optimum thchnology of sand control through TSO was presented.
