With the increasing global demand for energy,heavy oil resources gradually become the main mining object.Steam-assisted gravity drainage technology(SAGD)is commonly used in the mining of super heavy oil,liaohe oilfield is also the earliest start SAGD drilling technology in China.Water content of heavy oil produced liquid is higher,suspended solids and other organic impurities composition is complicated,and oil-water emulsion is serious,so all these increased the difficulty for the processing of subsequent joint station greatly.Thermochemical Dehydration process is widely used Currently.Dehydration takes a long time,use a large amount of demulsifier and the big sedimentation tank takes up a lot of space.Therefore,the need of new super-heavy oil dehydration process is urgent.Based on the study and summary of common produced water dehydration technology,I put forward the high temperature thermal chemical demulsification and cyclone dehydration technology.Firstly,the physical properties of SAGD produced water were analyzed,the rheological properties of super heavy oil were also studied in-depth,then according to the physical properties,picked up the better demulsifier;Secondly,through Cold Test,explores the affect of material physical parameters and cyclone-type structure parameters on the performance of dewatering hydrocyclone.Diesel simulation test tests on the operating parameters preliminary.After determining the optimal structure,the flow rate,overflow ratio,temperature and demulsifier concentration are detailed analyzed,make sure the feasibility and optimum conditions;At last,on the basis of laboratory test,field test in industrial experiment study was set up,then industrial application feasibility was verified.The topic for the study can lay a foundation for future research and provide theoretical guidance to the real practice.This paper provides rich laboratory data of heavy oil produced liquid predewatering application of hydrocyclone,supplys a reference for industrial application in the future.
